𝐃𝐀𝐘 4 - 𝐒𝐒𝐔’𝐬 114𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 | 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 🎉

Wrapping up the celebration, 𝗞𝗮-𝗦𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝘀 continued to take part in the final activities of 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆’𝘀 114𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, spending the rest of the day engaging with fellow students and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere across the campus. The energy of the celebration remained strong as the SSU community gathered, connected, and shared in the final moments of the festivities.

Throughout the day, the 𝗦4𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 also continued to welcome students, faculty members, and visitors who stopped by to grab some snacks and take part in the activities prepared by the organization. Guests enjoyed munchkins, fries, and hotdogs, while many also participated in the Mini Science Quiz.

As the celebration comes to a close, we extend our gratitude to everyone who supported and visited the S4GreEnvi booth throughout the event. Your participation and enthusiasm made the experience even more meaningful for the organization.

Earlier today, 𝗞𝗮-𝗦𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝘀 proudly joined the 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮 along with the different colleges, organizations, and campuses of 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, adding to the vibrant and festive atmosphere across the campus. The parade brought together students, faculty, and staff in a shared display of school spirit as the SSU community celebrated another milestone in the university’s history.

Following the parade, Ka-Sayans also gathered with the rest of the university community at the grounds to witness the lively field demonstrations presented by students from various colleges and campuses. The program opened with an energetic performance by the 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, setting the tone for the presentations that highlighted the different eras of the institution—from the 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗿𝗮, the 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀, the 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, and finally the 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗿𝗮.

Amid the morning’s festivities, the 𝗦4𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 also remained open to students, faculty members, and visitors who stopped by throughout the event. Guests enjoyed snacks such as munchkins, fries, and hotdogs, while many also participated in our Mini Science Quiz, where correct answers were rewarded with free food. 🔬

The celebration continues as the Society of Students for Green Environment (S4GreEnvi) proudly joins the festivities for Day 2 and Day 3 of the 114th Founding Anniversary of Samar State University! 💚🌱

Our booth has been buzzing with students dropping by to enjoy our crispy fries, tasty hotdogs, and sweet munchkins—perfect snacks while exploring the anniversary activities! 🍟🌭🍩

But the fun didn’t stop there! Participants also put their knowledge to the test in our Mini Quiz Bee, where they answered questions and won exciting prizes. 🧠✨ It was amazing seeing everyone participate, learn, and have fun together!

⭐️ 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝙎4𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞) proudly took part in the “𝑻𝒖𝒏𝒂𝒚 𝒏𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒏, 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏” 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑳𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 in celebration of National Hazing Prevention Week, hosted by the 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 (𝙎𝙎𝙐 – 𝙎𝙒𝘿𝙎).

The session, led by 𝑴𝒔. 𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒍𝒚𝒏 𝑩. 𝑴𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒆, 𝑹𝑮𝑪, 𝑹𝑷𝒎, strengthened our understanding of promoting genuine brotherhood and sisterhood grounded in respect, dignity, and safety, in line with 𝑹𝑨 11053 (𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊-𝑯𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒇 2018). It served as a meaningful reminder that true unity is built on trust, compassion, and responsible leadership — never on fear or violence. 🤝✨

As student leaders, we remain committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and violence-free campus community where every student feels valued and protected. Together, let us continue to stand against hazing and choose empathy over harm. 💙
