𝙉𝙤 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

The PNP Women and Children Protection Center rescued five victims, including three minors, during a successful anti-OSAEC operation in Caloocan City. Digital evidence recovered during the operation will support the investigation and prosecution of those responsible.

Every rescue is a child protected, a future restored, and another step toward ending online child exploitation.

Ang tahanan ang unang lugar na dapat nagbibigay ng seguridad sa bawat bata. Ito ang dapat nilang matakbuhan, hindi katakutan. Walang bata ang dapat makaranas ng pananamantala sa mismong lugar na inaasahan nilang magpoprotekta sa kanila.

Kaya sa pagtatapos ng Anti-Trafficking in Persons Awareness Month, dalhin natin ang adhikaing ito sa bawat tahanan at komunidad. Higit pa sa isang buwang kampanya, sama-sama nating itaguyod ang isang Pilipinas kung saan ligtas ang bawat bata at walang puwang ang trafficking at anumang uri ng pananamantala.

Kung ikaw o ang isang kakilala mo ay biktima o pinaghihinalaang biktima ng Human Trafficking o Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC), magsumbong sa 1343 Actionline, Makabata Helpline 1383, o sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad.

Protektado ka ng Republic Act No. 11862, o ang Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2022, at Republic Act No. 11930, o ang Anti-OSAEC and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act.

Hon. Fulgar Recognized as Outstanding Community Stakeholder During PRO 8's 31st PCR Month Culmination

LOOK|| Hon. Digna S. Fulgar, Punong Barangay of Brgy. Daganas, Catarman, Northern Samar, was recognized as one of the Outstanding Community Stakeholders of Police Regional Office 8 (PRO 8) during the culmination program of the 31st Police Community Relations (PCR) Month held at the PRO 8 Multi-Purpose Hall on July 31, 2026.

The recognition was conferred in appreciation of her unwavering support and valuable partnership with the Philippine National Police in advancing Police Community Affairs and Development (PCAD) programs and initiatives especially in the municipality of Catarman. Her active leadership and commitment to strengthening collaboration between the police and the community have significantly contributed to promoting peace, public safety, and community development in Northern Samar.

The Northern Samar Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL GEORGE B BUYACAO JR, Provincial Director, extends its heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Fulgar for this well-deserved recognition. PRO 8 ACCOMPLISHMENT ON WCPD OPERATIONS

The Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8), under the leadership of PBGEN JASON L CAPOY, Regional Director, presents its accomplishments of the Women and Children Protection Desks (WCPDs) across the region from June 8-14, 2026.

During the period, WCPDs successfully conducted 4 operations, filed 9 cases, arrested 15 suspects, and achieved 97 other significant accomplishments in relation to violations involving women and children.

These accomplishments highlight the intensified efforts of PRO 8 in addressing cases of abuse, exploitation, and violence, ensuring the protection and welfare of vulnerable sectors.

PRO 8 remains steadfast in its commitment to uphold the rights and dignity of women and children through responsive and victim-centered police service.
