Catarman Tsinoy Youth Association While the majority of our members are of Chinese descent, youth of non-Chinese ancestry are welcome members as well.

Catarman Tsinoy Youth Association is an independent, non-political and non-profit organization dedicated to the goal of promoting social, intellectual and cultural activities for the Filipino-Chinese youth in Catarman, Northern Samar and for other interested members of the community. It is an organization committed to helping interested members learn about and share the Tsinoy culture, as well as towards fostering a sense of community among its members.
