For several years, the Castilla Police had been struggling to survive the atrocities of the enemy of the state (CNN/NPA), the Castilla MPS Personnel are considered as the law enforcers but they too, were victims of dreadful history of the past. As years goes by and through the concerted effort of the committed and dedicated leadership of the Local Chief Executive of the town and its constituents t
he municipality of Castilla was able to fight and defend its freedom. A liberation that is now being enjoyed by the new breed of Police Officers and members of Castilla Police Station. Aligned with the Sorsogon PPO’s PGS, with the incorporation of Chief PNP’s Strategic Focus, CODE_P: 2013 and Beyond anchored with the strict implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 with the active support of the stakeholders, the Castilla Municipal Police station is now ready to embark the challenges ahead of us. Castilla MPS/PNP believes that leadership is a potent of combination of strategy and character, the sense of responsibility, the source of ownership and the humility to step back and embrace the better perspective of others leads to overcome barriers, Castilla MPS will not go forward if each one of us is moving their own way. Only by binding together as a single force will remain strong and unconquerable!
