📢 CALL FOR PROPOSALS/OFFERS | NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT – SAGIP SAKA PROGRAM

The Municipality of Carles, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites qualified Farmers and Fisherfolk Cooperatives and Enterprises (FFCEs) to participate in the Negotiated Procurement under the Sagip Saka Program for the following project:

Project: Rice Distribution Assistance Project (Food Assistance)

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱4,993,515.00

PR No.: 2026-1497
Source of Fund: Local Government Support Fund – Growth Equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) 2026

The procurement covers 70,830 kilograms of good-quality, well-milled rice and 7,083 customized 10-kilogram sacks, inclusive of the prescribed logo printing and delivery costs.

Qualified FFCEs must possess the required registration/accreditation and the capacity to deliver the required goods in accordance with the specifications, quality standards, quantities, and approved delivery schedule.

📄 Documentary Requirements:
Written Proposal/Offer; applicable FFEDIS Certificate of Registration or equivalent DA-recognized registration/accreditation; and Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS).
