Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu.

Alhamdulillah, by the mercy and permission of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, we are pleased to announce that the installation of the electric water pump at Masjed Darul Abrar has been successfully completed, and it is now fully operational and being used by our community.

Alhamdulillah, the water provided through this project is not only available for wudu (ablution) but is also available for drinking, making this project an even greater source of benefit for those who visit and worship at the masjed.

We sincerely praise and thank Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala for making us an instrument in bringing this beneficial project to completion.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our generous sponsors and donors, to everyone who supported the project by sharing our posts, and to all the individuals and partner organizations who worked together and extended their assistance to make this project possible.

A CHARITY OF WATER

Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah رضي الله عنه asked:
“O Messenger of Allah, which charity is best?”

The Prophet ﷺ replied:
“A drink of water.”

In another wording:

“The best charity is giving water to drink.”
— Sunan Ibn Majah 3684

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also said:

“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”
— Sahih Muslim

May Allah accept this electric water pump project as Sadaqah Jariyah for everyone who contributed to it. Alhamdulillah, the Water Pump Project is Complete! 💧🤲

Alhamdulillah bini‘matihi tatimmus-salihat. 🤍

After years of making du‘a, waiting, and hoping, our hearts are filled with gratitude and humility as we finally witness the completion and installation of the water pump project at Masjid Darul Abrar, Ilian Proper, Piagapo, Lanao del Sur. Ma sha Allah! 💧

What once started as a hope and a simple du‘a has now become a source of water that will benefit the masjid and the community. This is a beautiful reminder that when we continue to trust Allah, keep making du‘a, and work together, He can make a way even when the journey takes years.

Water is among the most beautiful forms of sadaqah. The Prophet ﷺ taught us the great virtue of providing water, and a water project can become a sadaqah jariyah—a continuous charity whose reward may continue as long as people benefit from it. Every wudu, every drink, every use of this water, and every person who benefits from it can, by Allah’s mercy, become a source of reward for those who helped make it possible. 🤲💧

Jazakumullahu khayran to everyone who contributed to this project—especially our generous sponsors and donors who gave substantially and believed in this cause. Your generosity turned prayers into something tangible for the community.

Alhamdulillah, nais po naming ibahagi ang isang magandang update tungkol sa Electric Water Pump Project para sa Masjid Darul Abrar.

Nasimulan na po ang installation ng electric water pump! Alhamdulillah, unti-unti nang isinasagawa ang mga kinakailangang gawain para sa pagkumpleto ng proyekto. In shā’ Allāh, patuloy po namin kayong bibigyan ng updates hanggang sa tuluyang makumpleto at maging operational ang water pump.

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng proyektong ito—sa inyong mga donasyon, suporta, tiwala, at patuloy na pakikiisa. Nawa’y tanggapin ito ni Allah bilang Ṣadaqah Jāriyah, at nawa’y pagkalooban Niya ng malaking gantimpala at pagpapala ang bawat taong naging daan upang maisakatuparan ito.

Nawa'y nasa mabuti kayong kalagayan at nasa pangangalaga ng Allah ang bawat isa sa atin.

Naalala pa po ba ninyo ang Masjid Fil Khair na sama-sama nating sinuportahan sa pamamagitan ng inyong mga sadaqah? Alhamdulillah, sa tulong ng Allah at sa inyong kabutihang-loob, ilang taon na po itong nagsisilbi sa mga kapatid nating Muslim sa Sitio Ilian, Kilikili, Wao, Lanao del Sur. Ma sha Allah, Tabarakallah.

Ngayon po ay muli kaming kumakatok sa inyong mabubuting puso para sa isa na namang pangangailangan ng ating mga kapatid.

📍 Ang Masjid Fil Khair ay matatagpuan sa isang liblib (far-flung) na lugar sa Sitio Ilian, Kilikili, Wao, Lanao del Sur. Bagama't mayroon na silang masjid na nagsisilbing sentro ng kanilang pagsamba at pagtitipon, nananatili pa rin ang isa nilang malaking pagsubok—ang kakulangan ng malapit na mapagkukunan ng malinis at maiinom na tubig.

💧 ANG KANILANG PANGANGAILANGAN: WATER PIPELINE PROJECT

Ang pinakamalapit na mapagkukunan ng potable water ay humigit-kumulang 1,260 metro ang layo mula sa masjid. Manwal pa nila itong sinukat dahil araw-araw nilang nilalakad ang distansyang ito upang makakuha ng tubig.

Ang tubig na ito ay hindi lamang kailangan para sa wudhu, paglilinis ng masjid, at iba pang pangangailangan sa loob ng masjid, kundi magsisilbi rin sa mga pamilya ng Sitio Ilian at maging sa mga karatig na sitio. Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong ito, inaasahan nating mailapit ang malinis na tubig sa isang komunidad na matagal nang nahihirapan dahil sa kanilang malayong lokasyon.

🎯 Kabuuang Halagang Kailangan: ₱47,830
Sa pahintulot ng Allah, ang halagang ito ay gagamitin upang makapaglagay ng water pipeline na magdadala ng malinis na tubig mula sa pinagkukunan nito patungo sa masjid at komunidad.

Ang Sugo ng Allah ﷺ ay nagsabi:
"Ang pinakamainam na kawanggawa ay ang pagbibigay ng tubig."
(Sunan Abu Dawood)

🤲 Ang bawat pisong inyong maibabahagi ay magiging tulong upang magkaroon ng mas maginhawang access sa malinis na tubig ang ating mga kapatid. In shaa Allah, ito ay magiging isang Sadaqah Jariyah na patuloy ninyong makakamit ang gantimpala hangga't napakikinabangan ang tubig ng mga nagsasagawa ng wudhu, mga sumasamba sa masjid, at ng buong komunidad.

Many non-Muslims mocked Senator Robin Padilla for asking Allah to grant him wisdom and intelligence.

As Muslims, however, we understand why such a du'a is beautiful.

We firmly believe that only Allah is Perfect, while every human being is imperfect. No matter how educated, experienced, or intelligent we are, we will always be in need of Allah's guidance and beneficial knowledge.

Allah says:

«رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

Rabbi zidnī 'ilmā

"My Lord, increase me in knowledge." (Qur'an 20:114)»

This verse teaches us that asking Allah for knowledge is not a sign of ignorance—it is a sign of humility. A believer recognizes that all knowledge, wisdom, and understanding come from Allah alone.

The Prophet ﷺ also taught us to ask Allah for beneficial knowledge:

«اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا

Allāhumma innī as'aluka 'ilman nāfi'an, wa rizqan ṭayyiban, wa 'amalan mutaqabbalan.

"O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good and lawful provision, and accepted deeds."»

Instead of being ashamed to ask Allah for wisdom, understanding, and guidance, we should make these du'as regularly. Seeking knowledge is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of humility and a recognition that all goodness comes from Allah.

May Allah increase us (Muslims) in beneficial knowledge, grant us wisdom, guide us to the truth, and make us among those who act upon what they learn.

This project will fund the installation of an electric-powered water pump at Masjid Darul Abrar, Ilian Proper, Piagapo, Lanao del Sur.
