PARISH MEDICAL AND DENTAL MISSION
The OLLP Caritas Volunteers, in partnership with Cebu Caritas Inc., successfully conducted a Medical and Dental Mission on August 15, 2026, for the members of our parish community.
Through this initiative, our parishioners received medical consultations, dental services, blood sugar testing for senior citizens, medicines, and other basic health services. More than providing medical assistance, the activity became an opportunity to remind us that caring for one another is also an expression of our faith.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our consultant doctors, Dr. Sylvia Arreglo, Dr. Susan Durohom, and Dr. Carmen Genson, for their generous service, expertise, and guidance throughout the mission. We also sincerely thank Dr. Minnie Grace Canada, private dentist from Ocaña, for extending her dental services to our parishioners.
We are equally grateful to the PGI/CIM interns and dental clinicians from the University of Visayas for generously sharing their knowledge, skills, and time in serving our parish community.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Parish Caritas Volunteers for their dedication, coordination, and hard work in making this meaningful mission possible and to our fellow parish volunteers, especially the Parish Youth Coordinating Council (PYCC), Barangay Ocaña Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and Barangay Tanods, for their valuable assistance and service throughout the activity. Your time, effort, and willingness to help greatly contributed to the smooth and successful conduct of the mission.
To everyone who shared their time, skills, resources, and service, thank you for being part of this mission of compassion and love. May this initiative inspire us to continue building a community where compassion is lived, service is shared, and no one is left behind.
