We were honored to have the presence and guidance of our Division Youth Formation Coordinator (DYFC), Madam Carmelita B. Cortes. This session served as a pivotal platform for collaborative planning, where we successfully aligned the proposed activities of the five student organizations for the upcoming School Year 2026-2027.

Together, we are committed to crafting a roadmap that fosters student engagement, leadership, and service for the entire division.💙

The 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨 are proudly presented as the next generation of youth leaders committed to service, integrity, and positive change. Entrusted with the responsibility to lead and inspire, these officers embody the values of the organization—encouraging the youth to make wise choices, stand firm against vices, and become role models in their communities.

Through dedication, teamwork, and strong leadership, they aim to strengthen the mission of Barkada Kontra Bisyo in promoting a healthier, safer, and more empowered generation. May their journey in leadership inspire many young individuals to rise, lead with purpose, and continue building a future where the youth choose growth, responsibility, and unity. Congratulations to the newly elected officers as they begin this meaningful chapter of service.

This Project Implementation Report of Barkada Kontra Bisyo for the 3rd–4th Quarter of School Year 2025–2026 was successfully conducted on February 26, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Library of Carcar Central Elementary School. This report presents the different activities, programs, and accomplishments of the organization in promoting awareness about the dangers of vices and encouraging students to live a healthy, safe, and responsible life. It shows the active participation, cooperation, and effort of the officers, members, and advisers in supporting the school’s mission to guide students in making good decisions and avoiding harmful habits. Through this project, Barkada Kontra Bisyo continues to help build strong values, self-discipline, and positive attitudes among students. This report also serves as a record of the organization’s dedication and commitment to creating a better, safer, and vice-free school environment for everyone.

Lights, camera, and the power of prevention! 🎬✨

The NDEP 2nd Short-Film Making and Jingle Making Competition Awarding Ceremony was successfully held last January 20, 2026, at the Carcar City People’s Hall. This event showcased the incredible talent of our student leaders, using the power of film and music to spread meaningful messages within our community.

It was more than just a competition; it was a powerful showcase of our youth's commitment to a drug-free lifestyle.
From moving short films that captured the heart to catchy jingles that echoed our advocacy, every participant proved that the youth of Carcar are leaders in the fight for a healthier tomorrow.

A huge thank you to the organizers, participants, and the community for standing with us. Let's keep the rhythm of prevention alive!
