|| CFPWD Special Meeting on Planning and Budgeting for CY 2027.

The Caraga Federation of Persons with Disability (CFPWD) conducted a special meeting focused on the planning and budgeting of the proposed Calendar Year 2027 budget.

The meeting was attended by the PDAO Designate, Mr. Ryan Calig-onan, and was presided over by the PWD Federated President Mr. Aljen C. Gomez. Also present were the PWD Chapter Presidents from various Barangays, who actively participated in the discussion and contributed inputs for the proposed budget.

The activity aimed to consolidate plans, identify priority programs, and ensure that the proposed budget for CY 2027 will effectively address the needs and concerns of Persons with Disabilities in the Municipality.

March 13, 2026 || 1st Quarterly Meeting – Caraga Federation of Persons with Disability (CFPWD)

Malampusong napahigayon ang 1st Quarterly Meeting sa Caraga Federation of Persons with Disability (CFPWD) sa Caraga Municipal Gym, Caraga, Davao Oriental.

Ang maong tigum gipangulohan sa Federated President nga si Mr. Aljen C. Gomez, uban sa mga opisyal ug miyembro sa federation gikan sa nagkalain-laing barangay sa lungsod sa Caraga. Mitambong usab sa maong miting ang PDAO Designate nga si Mr. Ryan Calig-onan, nga nagpakita sa padayon nga koordinasyon ug suporta sa Persons with Disability Affairs Office alang sa sektor sa PWD.

Sa maong quarterly meeting, gihisgutan ang mga programa, plano, ug mga target nga kalihokan alang sa ikaduhang quarter sa tuig 2026, lakip ang pagpalig-on sa organisasyon, pagpalambo sa mga livelihood programs, pagpadayon sa information dissemination, ug ang paghatag og dugang nga serbisyo ug oportunidad alang sa mga Persons with Disability sa komunidad.

Ang maong tigum usa usab ka higayon aron mapalig-on ang panaghiusa, kooperasyon, ug partisipasyon sa tanang miyembro sa federation, isip pundasyon sa pagpalambo sa kahimtang ug katungod sa mga PWD sa lungsod sa Caraga.

Dako usab ang among pasalamat sa pagbisita ug pagpakita sa suporta sa atong Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Rican Calig-onan, nga mitambong sa maong miting isip pagpakita sa padayon nga suporta sa lokal nga panggamhanan sa sektor sa Persons with Disability.

Ang inyong presensya naghatag og inspirasyon ug kusog sa among paningkamot nga mapalambo ang kaayohan, katungod, ug oportunidad sa mga Persons with Disability, ug aron masiguro nga walay PWD nga mahabilin sa kalamboan sa komunidad.

Daghang salamat sa tanan nga mitambong, misuporta, ug nagpakita sa ilang kooperasyon. Padayon ang panaghiusa alang sa mas lig-on, aktibo, ug inklusibong komunidad para sa tanang Persons with Disability.

Sa ngalan sa Persons with Disability (PWD) ug sa Caraga Federation of Persons with Disability (CFPWD), mapasalamaton kaayo kami sa ACCESS ug sa LGU Caraga, pinaagi sa opisina sa PDAO, sa paghatag og assistive devices sa among mga PWD members. Dako kaayo kini’g tabang sa ilang adlaw-adlaw nga panginahanglan ug sa pagpalambo sa ilang kalidad sa kinabuhi. Daghang salamat po.

December 24, 2025 || PWD Federated President, Mr. Aljen C. Gomez attended the PWD Christmas Party of the Persons with Disability Santiago Chapter, sharing the spirit of unity and celebration with the PWD community.

The occasion was filled with warmth, gratitude, and joy as leaders from both the federation and the chapter reaffirmed their strong commitment to further strengthen partnership and collaboration.

This shared commitment reflects their common goal of advancing programs and initiatives that promote the welfare, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities in every chapter.
