With great pride, joy, and heartfelt gratitude, Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF proudly celebrates its achievements during the 4th Cabinet Meeting, Recognition Day, and Turnover Ceremony of District 301-D1 held at the Hiyas Convention Center, Malolos, Bulacan.

Out of 72 Lions Clubs in the district, Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF achieved the Rank No. 2 position with an outstanding total of 491,527,875 points. This milestone reflects the clubโ€™s unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and meaningful community impact.

Hindi po ito tagumpay ng iisang tao lamang. This recognition is the result of the collective effort, dedication, and sacrifices of every member of Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF. Every project completed and every hour devoted to service became part of this remarkable achievement.

Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF successfully conducted its Turnover Ceremony, Board and General Membership Meeting last June 13, 2026, at Carlos P. Romulo Library, marking the culmination of a meaningful Lionistic Year and the beginning of another chapter of service and leadership.

The program commenced with the registration of members, guests, and dignitaries and was formally called to order by Club President Mary Belle C. Sembrano, 2PMJF. The ceremony opened with solemn preliminaries, including the Lions Prayer led by Lion Marney A. Mahor, followed by the Philippine National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance led by Lion Salve Z. Aguilar, the recitation of the Lions Purpose by Lion Hyeliz Perpetualene C. Sembrano, and the singing of the Philippine Lions Hymn.

Distinguished guests, district officers, past presidents, club officers, members, and visitors were formally acknowledged by 1st Vice President Manuel G. Potrido. Inspirational messages were then delivered by PDG Santy B. Morante Jr., PMJF, FVDG Esther P. Arimbuyutan, 2PMJF, and SVDG Robert N. Casauay, MJF, emphasizing servant leadership, dedication to community service, and the enduring mission of Lionism.

A special performance added fellowship and celebration to the occasion before proceeding to the General Membership Meeting. Club Treasurer Lucia B. Lumba presented the Treasurerโ€™s Report, while Club Secretary Alicia G. Dizon delivered the Secretaryโ€™s Report, summarizing the accomplishments and operations of the club throughout the Lionistic Year.

The event also featured an Awards and Recognition Ceremony honoring outstanding members, officers, partners, and supporters through the THLC Awards and THLC Special Awards in recognition of their exemplary service, commitment, and leadership.

One of the highlights of the event was the Valedictory Speech delivered by Outgoing President Mary Belle C. Sembrano, 2PMJF, who expressed her sincere gratitude to all officers, members, district leaders, partners, and supporters who contributed to the success of her administration. This was followed by the formal turnover of club funds, reports, project materials, the presidential gavel, the club banner, and other symbols of leadership.

Incoming President Rica D. Jordan, MJF delivered her Acceptance Speech and reaffirmed her commitment to uphold the clubโ€™s tradition of excellence in service, strengthen community programs, and encourage active membership participation. Messages of support and encouragement from THLC Past Presidents further inspired the incoming administration.

The meeting was formally adjourned and concluded with fellowship among members, guests, and visiting Lions celebrating not only the successful transition of leadership but also the strong bond of friendship and service that continues to define Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF.

Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF formally conducted the Blessing and Inauguration of the Teacher and Studentsโ€™ Hall at Northern Hill Elementary School Annex as part of its continuing commitment to educational development and community service.

This project was made possible through the leadership and donation of Club President Lion Mary Belle C. Sembrano, 2PMJF, with the generous support of Lion Luzviminda Zapata, MJF, and IPP Carolina Mallari, PMJF.

Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF conducted the MOA Signing and Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of three (3) classrooms at Amacalan Integrated School.

This initiative was made possible through the leadership of Club President Lion Mary Belle C. Sembrano, 2PMJF, with the generous support of Mr. Carlos Chan, owner of Oishi, and the National Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
