With pride, honor, and unwavering commitment to humanitarian service, Tarlac Host Lions Club, MJF successfully conducted its Governor’s Visitation held on April 18, 2026 at Lions Headquarters. The meaningful gathering became a celebration of leadership, fellowship, accomplishments, and continued dedication to the mission and vision of Lionism.
The program formally commenced through the Call to Order led by Club President Lion Mary Belle C. Sembrano, 2PMJF followed by solemn preliminaries that reflected unity, patriotism, and service. The Lions Prayer was led by Lion Rica D. Jordan, MJF followed by the Philippine National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by PP Lion Lucia M. Tañedo, and the recitation of the Lions Clubs International Purposes by Lion Hyeliz Perpetualene C. Sembrano.
Warm welcome remarks were delivered by IPP Lion Carolina M. Paras, PMJF warmly welcoming distinguished guests, officers, and fellow Lions members. The ceremonial Turnover of the Gong and Gavel to the District Governor symbolized respect, leadership, and the strong partnership between the district and the club. This was followed by the Opening Remarks of the Visitation Chairman and the Introduction of the Governor’s Entourage, acknowledging the presence of dedicated Lions leaders and guests who continue to inspire service and excellence.
The activity also highlighted transparency, accountability, and the accomplishments of the club through the presentation of reports. The Club Treasurer’s Report was presented by Lion Julius Ceasar G. Asistin, while the Club Secretary’s Report was delivered by Lion Alicia G. Dizon. Club President Lion Mary Belle C. Sembrano also proudly presented the Club President’s Report, showcasing the club’s service activities, milestones, and dedication to humanitarian causes. Cabinet reports were likewise presented by Lion Buenaventura C. Lomibao and Lion Jupiter R. Perez, further strengthening the spirit of collaboration and accountability within the organization.
The event became more inspiring through the meaningful remarks shared by the Region or Zone Chairman and the 1st Vice District Governor, Lion Rita L. Francisco, MJF whose words encouraged all Lions to continue serving with compassion, integrity, and commitment. A highlight of the visitation was the District Governor’s Time led by Lion Jaime R. Castillo, PMJF whose inspiring message reminded everyone of the true essence of Lionism serving humanity with heart, unity, and dedication.
The gathering also provided an avenue for interaction and collaboration through the Open Forum, where members were given the opportunity to share ideas, concerns, and insights for the continuous growth of the club and the district. The awarding of the Visitation Certificate recognized the club’s active participation and dedication to the ideals of Lions Clubs International. The Return of the Gong and Gavel to the Club President symbolized the continuation of leadership and service within the club.
The successful Governor’s Visitation concluded with adjournment and fellowship, strengthening camaraderie, friendship, and unity among Lions leaders and members. More than just a formal gathering, the visitation served as a reminder that through teamwork, strong leadership, and compassionate service, Lions can continue transforming lives and creating meaningful impact within communities.
