Alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 37, Series of 2026 na nilagdaan ni Mayor Roseller "Boots" Rodriguez , opisyal na idinideklara ang suspensyon ng klase sa lahat ng antas at pasok sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno sa Bayan ng Capas sa darating na 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 10 𝗮𝘁 11, 2026 (Huwebes at Biyernes).

Ito ay upang bigyang-daan ang masaya, ligtas, at taimtim na pagdiriwang ng ating taunang Town Fiesta bilang paggunita sa Kapistahan ng ating patron, San Nicolas de Tolentino.

Nagtipon-tipon ang mga homeowners, residente, at tenants na bumubuo sa Villa San Jose Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc., kasama ang mga opisyales, board of directors, at advisers para sa taunang General Assembly na ginanap kaninang Sabado ng hapon, ika-15 ng Agosto 2026, sa Brgy. Covered Court.
