Indaulwan ni Ms. Jasmin R. Lara, SK Secretary ti panagkanta ti Nailian a Kanta, kasta met nga indaulwan ni Hon. Andrei Bon A. Quicio, SK Chairperson iti Panglukat a Kararag.

Nangted met ti Welcome Remarks ni Hon. Marlon Q. Atinaja, Brgy. Captain, simmaruno met nga naypresentar ti Rules and Guidelines ti Basketball Tournament babaen ken Hon. Quicio.

Impakita met dagiti ub-ubbing a Rimat Dancers iti talento da babaen ti panagsala da ti Opening Salvo no sadinno a nai-feature ti Rimat Naguilian Festival music.

Napasamak met ti "𝘽𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩" para kadagiti uppat a muse ti Inter-Zone Basketball Tournament. Kalpasanna, naaramid ti Oath of Sportsmanship ken Torch Lightling Ceremony babaen ken Mr. Yson A. Solomon, Mythical Five iti napalabas a liga.

Kicking off the Rambak Rimat Naguilian Festival 2026 with an incredible parade on April 15 featuring our vibrant community— Barangay and SK officials, pastoral council, Camangaan Elementary School Marching Band, different organizations, and competing teams for the Inter-Brgy and Inter-zone Basketball Tournament coming together in pride and spirit.🎊

#𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | 𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙈 𝙆𝘼𝘽𝘼𝙏𝘼𝘼𝙉: 𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗞 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻

As part of the 'Linggo ng Kabataan 2024' celebration, the SK Officials, along with the Naguilian 4-H Club, successfully organized a tree planting activity on August 11, 2024, at Sitio Baba, Naguilian, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

This action contributes to preventing climate change effectively and goes beyond simply planting trees. By this kind of activities, we're not only improving the environment but also considerably minimizing the negative consequences of climate change on our community.

Let’s continue to promote environmental protection and ensure the well-being of future generations.

Hats off to the 4-H Club members of Barangay Naguilian! The barangay officials and the SK Chairman have awarded them for their outstanding participation in the three different contest categories organized by SK Naguilian.

Let’s give them a round of applause for making our community proud, and let’s continue supporting the youth in all their future endeavors.

In celebration of 🅻︎🅸︎🅽︎🅶︎🅶︎🅾︎ 🅽︎🅶︎ 🅺︎🅰︎🅱︎🅰︎🆃︎🅰︎🅰︎🅽︎ 2024, the SK Naguilian will conduct a contest in photography.

𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒:
1. All participants must be bonafide residents of Barangay Naguilian, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur ages 15-30 years old. Only one entry for each participant. Note: Only 6 entries will be accommodated.
2. The photography must focus on the concept of the theme, “Panagabel, Panagkalap, ken Panagtalon: A Naguiliano’s Way of Living.”
3. Participants may use any photo capturing device e.g. Smartphones, DSLR, etc.
4. Photos must be in JPEG Format with a maximum file of 10 mb and should not contain watermarks, date stamps or text on the image.
5. All participants will be required to provide the following information encoded in a A4 bond paper, Times New Roman 12, upon submission of entries.
a. Participant’s Profile
 Full Name
 Date of Birth
 Mobile Number
b. Photo Title (must be in Ilokano language)
c. Photo Caption (1-2 sentences explaining/describing the photograph. The caption was written in English.)
d. Date the photo was captured (Month-Date-Year)
e. Location where the photo was captured
6. Entry must not have been awarded in any other photo contests and/or commercially published.
7. Only minor adjustments in the color, sharpness, contrast, or digital equivalent are accepted. Photos that are digitally enhanced, altered, manipulated and applied with special effects (colorizing, toning, collage, photo composites, stitched, panoramas, high dynamic ranges and HDR images, etc.) shall not be accepted.
8. Photographs must be in full color. Photos in black and white or sepia shall not be accepted.
9. Entries must be the contestant’s original work not containing copyright materials the artist will be held accountable to any issues that may arise with regards to originality of the photo.
10. All entries shall be submitted through Gmail ([email protected]).
11. All entries will be posted on the Official page of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Naguilian.
12. There will be three (3) judges and their decision is final and irrevocable.

In celebration of 🅻︎🅸︎🅽︎🅶︎🅶︎🅾︎ 🅽︎🅶︎ 🅺︎🅰︎🅱︎🅰︎🆃︎🅰︎🅰︎🅽︎ 2024, the Sangguniang Kabataan- Naguilian, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur will conduct a contest in digital logo making.

𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒
1. All participants must be bonafide residents of Barangay Naguilian, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur ages 15-30 years old. Only one entry for each participant. Note: Only 6 entries will be accommodated.
2. The digital logo must focus on the concept of the theme of this year’s Linggo ng Kabataan, “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development.”
3. Design must be computer/ phone generated or in digital format. Logo should be layout in any logo making application e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
4. Design must be submitted in high-resolution digital format (jpeg or png format).
5. Each entry must be accompanied by a brief description explaining the design and its element written in Filipino or English Language. The description will be encoded in A4 bond paper, Times New Roman 12.
6. Entries must be original and owned by the participants not containing copyright materials the artist will be held accountable to any issues that may arise with regards to originality and authenticity of the design.
7. All entries shall be submitted through Gmail ([email protected]).
8. All entries will be posted on the Official page of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Naguilian.
9. There will be three (3) judges and their decision is final and irrevocable.

(Note: The winning entry will be used as the official logo of SK Naguilian.)
