MRP–PNP VALUES FORMATION – BAROBO | 1301st MC LIFE COACHES

The Life Coaches of the 1301st Maneuver Company (MC), serving under the MRP–PNP Values Formation in Barobo, Surigao del Sur, remain committed to promoting moral values, strengthening character, and fostering personal development among personnel and the communities they serve.

Through values-based guidance, leadership, and community engagement, these Life Coaches help cultivate discipline, integrity, respect, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Their role emphasizes that effective service goes beyond professional duties—it also requires sound character, principled leadership, and a commitment to serving others.

This initiative reflects the continuing commitment of the MRP–PNP Values Formation to inspire positive transformation, reinforce ethical leadership, and strengthen the partnership between values formation advocates and the Philippine National Police.
