As the recent eruption of Kanlaon Volcano continues to affect our neighboring communities, we lovingly remind everyone to remain alert and take the necessary precautions. With volcanic ash covering several roads and reducing visibility in some areas, please travel only when necessary, drive carefully, and always put the safety of yourself and others first. Let us continue to follow the guidance of our local authorities.

In this time of uncertainty, let us turn our hearts to God.

As one parish family, we encourage everyone to pray the Holy Rosary, entrusting our families, our community, and all those affected to the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. May the Lord protect us from harm and grant comfort, strength, and hope to all.📿

Together, let us also ask for the prayers of Saint Joseph, our Patron Saint, that he may watch over us and keep us steadfast in faith.

"After the Holy Mass celebrated in honor of the Feast of San Isidro Labrador, Patron Saint of Farmers, we joyfully distributed food packs and used clothing from the St. Joseph Parish Social Action Center. This activity was held at GKK Sudlon Angas and GKK Spawmolko — a small way to extend help and show our love and care to our brothers and sisters. All thanks and glory be to God! 🙏🌾🤍"

On April 23, the SJP–Parish Social Action Center conducted a community activity in Sitio Carmen, where families received food packs and unused clothing through the dedicated efforts of parish partners and mission collaborators.

A Holy Mass was likewise celebrated during the activity, placing Christ at the center of the gathering and grounding the initiative in faith and thanksgiving.

Marked by generosity, unity, and shared purpose, the activity reflects the parish’s continuing commitment to serve- bringing both material assistance and spiritual presence to the community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the stewards of our mission whose hearts and hands made this day possible.
