This theme reminds us that when our hearts burn for Christ, fear no longer has power over us. Our love for Him becomes stronger than our doubts, giving us the courage to boldly live out our faith and share His light with others. This burning heart is more than just emotion—it is the fire that fuels our mission, strengthens our spirit, and keeps us moving forward despite trials and challenges.

As followers of Christ, we are called not only to receive His love but also to become instruments of hope, freedom, and compassion for others. Through service, we help break the chains of fear, pain, and hopelessness, leading others closer to the love of God. This is not merely a call to become “good” youth, but to become fruitful disciples who inspire transformation through faith and action.

Filled with excitement and faith, I am ready to embark on this meaningful journey from May 25–29, 2026, at the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of Jesus, Mission of Taytay, Duero. I look forward to growing deeper in my relationship with Christ, discovering the beauty of selfless service, and creating unforgettable memories with my fellow youth.

As a YIFI, I am not here only for the fun and celebration—I am here to ignite my heart for Christ, to strengthen my faith, and to become a living witness of His love. May this camp inspire us to continue serving with humility, courage, and compassion even beyond these five days.

The Youth of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente (YIFI) of the Diocese of Bohol will once again hold the annual Diocesan Youth Camp on May 25-29, 2026, at the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Mother of Jesus, Mission of Taytay, Duero, Bohol. Guided by the theme, “Rooted in Faith: Pusong Nag-aalab Tungo sa Mapagpalayang Paglilingkod,” this camp aims to provide our young members with a transformative experience centered on spiritual growth, community building, and leadership development.

In line with this, we humbly seek your support in making this event possible. CULMINATION | VCS 2026

A joyful ending to an unforgettable journey!

Yesterday marks the successful culmination of our Vacation Church School 2026 at the Mission of Cadapdapan with the theme, “Ako ay Kawangis ng Diyos.”

From fun activities, meaningful lessons, exciting games, and new friendships — our hearts are filled with gratitude and happiness. Seeing the smiles and confidence of every child reminds us that God’s love continues to shine through each one of them.

To all the VCS teachers, volunteers, parents, participants, and sponsors thank you for making this year’s VCS meaningful and memorable. Your love, patience, and dedication made thi celebration possible.

As we end this chapter, may the children continue to grow in faith, kindness, and love for God wherever they go.

Day 9 | VCS 2026

Today marks the final day of our amazing VCS 2026 journey! From the very first day until now, we have shared countless smiles, lessons, games, songs, and unforgettable memories together.

With our theme “Ako ay Kawangis ng Diyos,” we were reminded that every child is wonderfully made and deeply loved by God. Seeing the joy and faith of these children truly made this journey meaningful and inspiring.

Thank you to all the teachers, volunteers, parents, and participants who became part of this wonderful experience. Your love, effort, and support helped make VCS 2026 successful and full of joy.

Though this may be the last day of VCS 2026, the memories and lessons will always remain in our hearts.

Seeing these children learning, writing, listening, and growing together reminds us that every small moment spent in God’s presence creates a big impact in their hearts.

Through fun activities, lessons, and fellowship, we continue to guide them to become reflections of God’s love and goodness.
Indeed, “Ako ay Kawangis ng Diyos” is not just our theme — it is a reminder that every child is wonderfully made by Him.

Thank you to all the teachers, volunteers, parents, and everyone supporting this mission. Together, we are building faith, friendship, and memories that will last forever.
