The third-year Tourism Management students invite everyone to experience the lively culture, flavors, and excitement of Japan on May 14, 2026, at TAU Boulevard. Join us for a day inspired by Japanese traditions, entertainment, and culinary delights in a festival full of fun and creativity.
Discover our featured booths and stalls: Hoshi Sushi, Yakitori, Sakura Game, Rental and Photo Booth, Doki Doki, and Sanrio Sips. Come as we bring the heart of Japan closer to the TAU community! ๐ธ
Showcase your creativity and passion through the Anime Cosplay Competition and Anime Chalk Art Competition, where participants can bring their favorite anime characters to life through costumes and artistic expression. The event is open to everyone with FREE registration and exciting prizes awaiting the winners! ๐ญ๐จ
Anime cosplay requirements:
โข Participants must cosplay a character from any anime series, movie, or manga.
โข Costumes can be handmade or store-bought, but creativity and effort will be judged.
โข No offensive, inappropriate, or overly revealing outfits.
โข Participants may prepare a short performance (30 seconds โ 1 minute).
โข Must be related to the chosen character.
โข Props are allowed but must be safe and non-harmful.
Anime chalk art competition required materials.
โข Colored chalk (soft pastel or sidewalk chalk)
โข White chalk for sketching and outlining
โข Charcoal (optional, for shading)
โข Sponges or cloth (for blending)
โข Brushes (for smoother effects)
โข Water (for blending and color intensity)
The use of paint is strictly prohibited
