1. To establish partnership with LGU's, private institutions and friends for generation of support.

VISION: The MVYoFI envisions to be the leading Youth Organization in the Province of Antique with Pro-active and Productive young leaders towards a progressive and empowered communities. MISSION: Potentially foster and support grassroots organizations to become numerous, sizeable, resurceful and self-reliant in pursuit of human and tangible development. To

equip its members by providing leadership seminars and workshops to become effective and efficient future young leaders.
3. To provide the local organizations of relevant programs and projects beneficial to social, economic, political and cultural development of members and communities.
4. To disseminate the purpose of the Federation for strengthening and motivating the community.
