What a journey it has been—truly a journey for the books, from planting seeds of change to cultivating deep roots of service. As we officially bid goodbye as the YES-O Student Leaders for S.Y. 2025-2026, we take with us every moment, every late night layout, and every legacy we’ve created together.

Though the road may not have been easy at all, every step of the way has been full of significance because of your continued support. A heartfelt thank you to our fellow members, our very dedicated Adviser, Ma’am Pamela Rubio, and every heart that stood with us. The future of our environment is in good hands because it is now in yours. This is not goodbye; this is a proud passing of the torch.

As the curtains draw to a close for School Year 2025-2026, we take a brief moment to recognize the selfless hands and unwavering hearts behind our student organizations. To our graduating and moving-up officers, you were not just officers; you were builders of a community.

From the planning sessions that went as late as the nights, to the successful implementations of our school programs, you have left a mark on the halls of Frances National High School that will truly be remembered for a long time. You have shown us that a leader is not defined by his or her title, but by the impact left behind.

Post-Event Statement: Successful Observance of Earth Hour 2026

The YES-O at Frances National High School successfully led the school’s participation in Earth Hour on March 28. We express our gratitude to the students, faculty, and families who took part in this global environmental movement.

By turning off non-essential lights, we reaffirmed our school's commitment to energy conservation and environmental stewardship. The success of this hour serves as a reminder of what we can achieve when we act together.

Frances National High School, in partnership with Youth for Environmental in Schools Organization (YES-O) and The Francesian Science Society, has successfully conducted a Fire Prevention Symposium aimed at empowering our students with life-saving knowledge.

It is our great honor to have SFO2 Mark Antony C. Custodio from the Bureau of Fire Protection - Calumpit as our guest speaker. He gave us valuable insights into fire safety and emergency response through his expertise and demonstrations. 👨‍🚒🚒

Let us work hand-in-hand to create a fire-safe community! 🛡️

In celebration of 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, the Youth for Environmental in Schools 0rganization of Frances National High School came together this January 22nd to take a stand for our environment. From campus clean-ups to proper waste segregation, we are committed to nurturing a greener, cleaner future for our community.

January is officially 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒁𝒆𝒓𝒐-𝑾𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉! This observance was established under 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟳𝟲𝟬, signed by the late President 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨 "𝐍𝐨𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐲" 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐈𝐈𝐈, to promote environmental awareness and sustainable waste management across the Philippines.

As students of Frances National High School, we have the power to turn this proclamation into action. Let’s start the year right by practicing the 5 Rs of Zero-Waste:

𝑹efuse what you don’t need (like single-use plastics).
𝑹educe what you do use.
𝑹euse and repurpose items instead of throwing them away.
𝑹ecycle materials to give them a second life.
𝑹ot (Compost) your organic waste to nourish the earth

Happy birthday to the best club advisor any of us could ever ask for! It's hard to put into words just how much you mean to all of us. You are not only the one person who guides us through our meeting and activities, but you're the heart and soul of our club. You have always been there to guide us through brainstorming ideas or to lend a shoulder when we needed it most, like a mom.

We want you to know how grateful we are because of your unfailing support and commitment. You don't stop until we have everything we may need to excel, and then you still encourage us to reach our goals. Since you believe in us, it instils in us more confidence to do even greater things we never thought possible and strive to give the best. Thank you for creating a positive, nurturing environment where we can all grow and thrive.
