⚜️ Celebrating National Scouting Month! 🇵🇭

The EDSCI Boy Scouts celebrated National Scouting Month through exciting school-based activities, starting with a flag-raising ceremony in the morning and followed by fun mini-activities in the afternoon.

Each crew put their Scouting skills to the test as they showcased their knowledge in navigation, ropework, and flag signaling. Through these activities, our Scouts showed teamwork, discipline, confidence, and the true spirit of Scouting! ⚜️👏

🩹 SCOUTS IN ACTION:
LEARNING TO SERVE, READY TO HELP! 🫡

Today, our Kab Scouts (Grades 1–3) and Boy Scouts (Grades 4–6) learned and practiced the basics of First Aid for cuts, scrapes, and minor wounds. 🩹❤️

Through this activity, our young Scouts learned that being a Scout is not only about learning skills it is also about being prepared, responsible, compassionate, and ready to serve others.

They are being equipped with simple first-aid skills that can help them provide immediate and appropriate assistance to a classmate or schoolmate who may experience a minor injury, while knowing when to seek help from an adult or trained first aider.

A Scout is Ready to Help.
A Scout Serves.
A Scout Cares.

May these young Scouts continue to grow with a heart willing to serve, hands ready to help, and courage to do what is right.

Be Prepared. Be Ready. Be of Service.
Serving others, one skill and one act of kindness at a time. ❤️🫡

Building a Safer Community Through Scouting

Representatives from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Caloocan, Marikina, and Malabon Councils participated in a joint Fire Safety Measures Seminar held at the UBE Tower in Binondo, Manila. The activity was conducted through the collaborative efforts of TxtFire Volunteer and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP).

The seminar strengthened participants’ knowledge of fire prevention and emergency preparedness. As part of the EDSCI Scouting Program, these learnings will be shared with fellow EDSCI Scouts to help develop young leaders who are prepared to respond responsibly during fire emergencies and serve the community when needed.
