Children and Youth Organization-CYO Empower Children of their rights. Ang CYO ay samahan ng mga batang may edad 10 to below 18.

Ang organisasyon ay itinayo ng mga bata upang tugunan ang kanilang saloobin, isyu at karapatan ng lahat ng mga bata sa komunidad. Ang Sentro ng aming gawain ay ang proteksyon, partisipasyon at pag-unlad ng mga bata sa Bagong Silang kasama ang younger children (mga bata na ang edad ay mababa sa 10) at kabataan o young people (edad 18 to 24).
