CMC Sports Ministry 🏸🙏

Topic: Gratitude

We are truly grateful to the Lord as we witness the beautiful transformation of the young generation through our sports ministry. 🥰🙏

Rain or shine, we played badminton and continued our Dgroup fellowship! 🏸📖 Nothing can stop us from growing together, encouraging one another, and learning more about God’s Word.

All glory and thanks to God for what He is doing in the lives of our young people! ❤️🙏

CMC Dgroup Family Retreat 2026 💙
📸: Afternoon Prayer Time & Night of Worship

An afternoon of prayer and quiet reflection allowed us to slow down, look back, and remember everything God has done for us. Stepping away for solo time with the Lord set the tone for an incredible night of praise and worship, where hearts were poured out and tears turned into gratitude. Hearing brothers and sisters take the mic to share how God spoke directly to them was a powerful reminder that He is alive, active, and deeply attentive to our lives. So humbled by His presence this weekend! 🙏✨

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." — 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

📸: Amazing Race Highlights 🏁🌧️

It was raining and muddy, but that didn’t stop us—in fact, it made the race even more unforgettable! Slipping, sliding, and laughing through every challenge, our Dgroup family proved that no amount of mud can damp our spirit. So grateful for a community that embraces the mess and finds joy in every step of the journey! 🏃‍♂️💨✨

📸: Day 1 Session Photos

What a blessing to spend the weekend with the Lord, focusing on prayer and really listening to what God wants us to do. A little rain couldn’t stop us from coming together, seeking His heart, and celebrating His goodness! So thankful for this Dgroup family that stays anchored in Christ through every season. 🙏

Praise God for how the RCMC Sports Ministry continues to grow! 🙏🏸❤️ We’re so blessed to see more and more young people coming to know the Lord while enjoying fellowship, sports, and growing together in faith.

We had so much fun today, and we also got to celebrate our three celebrant players! 🎉🎂🥳

Thank you, Chen, for the Potato Corner and the cake! ❤️ What a blessing and a sweet way to celebrate together.

And most importantly, today we learned about SELF-CONTROL—learning to discipline ourselves, make wise choices, and honor God in everything we do. 🙏

Sports + Fellowship + God’s Word = a winning combination! 🏸❤️

Praise God for another opportunity to help build our nation by investing in the lives of these teenagers and kids. ❤️ Today, we learned about honesty from the Book of Proverbs—reminding them that integrity is more valuable than riches and that God delights in those who walk in truth.

Our future begins with the next generation. One lesson, one life, and one heart at a time. All glory to God!

Another successful Sports Ministry today! ❤️🏸

We’re so thankful to welcome 2 new friends, and even more grateful for the opportunity to share the Gospel with them using the Wordless Book. 🙏

It was a day filled with badminton, pickleball, laughter, and most importantly, learning God’s Word. Today’s reminder was to be kind and compassionate to others, even when they don’t deserve it—just as Christ has shown us grace.

To God be all the glory! Looking forward to seeing more lives transformed through sports. 💙

Mid-Year CMC DGroup Celebration ❤️

All glory and praise to God! We are grateful to celebrate His faithfulness as our CMC family continues to grow. As of today, we have reached 53 members! 🙌

Thank you, Lord, for using our President, Sam Chua, to faithfully cast the vision and mission of CMC and inspire us to make disciples who make disciples.

Our prayer is that every CMC member will have the same heart as Isaiah and boldly respond, “Here am I, Lord. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)

May we continue to be available, faithful, and passionate in reaching more people for Christ. To God be all the glory! ❤️
