🎨 PRELIM WEEK IS APPROACHING! 🎨

Sharpen your pencils, prepare your palettes, bring out your plates, and get ready to put your creativity and knowledge to the test!

PINTURA wishes all our fellow artists the best of luck as we face another week of examinations, studio plates, and creative challenges. May you find the courage to keep going even when the workload feels overwhelming.

Despite the deadlines, revisions, sleepless nights, and pressure, may you always remember to take a moment to breathe, rest when you need to, and believe in yourself. Every stroke, every plate, and every little progress brings you one step closer to becoming the artist you aspire to be.

Remember, progress is still progress, no matter how small. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, start again, and keep learning along the way.

Keep creating, keep learning, and keep striving for greater experiences!

✨ GOOD LUCK, CFAD WARRIORS! WE GOT THIS! ✨

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS, ADAM MARTIN DE LEON! 🎉
2nd Year Painting Major | University of the East-Caloocan
1st Placer – Digital Fine Arts Category in The 58th Shell National Student Art Competition

The Pintura Art Organization proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Adam Martin De Leon for bringing home 1st Place in the Digital Fine Arts Category of the prestigious 58th Shell NSAC with his remarkable artwork “Sagwan Math-tatag!”.✨

Adam’s winning piece is rooted in deep purpose and advocacy. As he shared:

“I was inspired by the company I currently work for. I learned that the Philippines ranks second to the lowest in math skills, and that our top-performing students in math only match the average level of those in Singapore. The company's goal is to make learning math easier and more enjoyable for elementary students, helping them overcome their fear of the subject. I'm inspired knowing that my work serves a greater purpose, helping Filipino children dream bigger and preparing them for a brighter future. It makes me happy to know that what I do contributes to their growth and hope.”

You can visit and see the art at Shell's page: https://www.facebook.com/share/1AAxB2nk92/

During the awarding ceremony, Adam also expressed heartfelt gratitude, sharing that this is his first time winning in an art competition. He gave thanks to his mom for her never-ending support, and acknowledged the inspiration he receives from his math teacher, who continues to help young students conquer their fear of math.

Your dedication, artistry, and passion to uplift young Filipino learners is truly inspiring. 💛
You are a testament to how art can spark change, ignite hope, and paddle toward a brighter future for the next generation.

Once again, congratulations, Adam! Your Pintura family and the whole UE community are incredibly proud of you. 🫶🎨🌟
