On September 03, 2026, Caloocan City Science High School actively participated in the National Simultaneous School Safety Drill. The school showcased the level of preparedness and awareness among learners, teachers, and non-staff personnel.
The activity was strictly implemented in accordance with ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐จ. 709, ๐ฌ. 2026, entitled "๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ถ๐ญ๐ต๐ข๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ด ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ฆ๐ต๐บ ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ฆ๐ต๐บ ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ท๐ฆ ๐๐ต๐ต๐ข๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด." The institution strongly supported the activity and joined with full preparedness as for the benefit of all.
Prior to the implementation, the School DRRM Coordinator, alongside the Emergency Response Alliance, hosted a meeting with the high officials to discuss the process, evacuation point, and concerns regarding the implementation.
Before the drill, the students were given an orientation with the participation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and their respective advisers. The orientation discussed the procedures, way outs, and the reunification point of the activity. This orientation provided the institution with clearer information on how to implement the activity.
During the drill, the students proceeded to follow the instructions given to them. The SHS Building was the target building for the evacuation point, while JHS remained in their own respective classroom, still following the standard procedures. Their respective protocol officers and public information officers recorded the attendance of every section by raising their own BERT flaglets.
After the drill, the PNP officials and our own school DRRM coordinator gave insights and suggestions to the students on the procedure. Students also participated in the discussion about the events that occurred during the evacuation process. This feedback strengthens the flow of the activity in the future.
The whole activity was conducted under the supervision of the Emergency Response Allianceโ๐๐๐๐ as drill facilitators, SPTA, officials of Brgy. 62, and the Philippine National Police.
This is a reminder that despite the uncertainty, we should always be ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and have a keen ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of our surroundings. Always ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, Kalsayenyos! ๐จโก
