Leader is not only someone who gives directions or shares wisdom, but also someone who knows how to listen to his brothers with respect and understanding. Leadership is not about always being the loudest voice or having all the answers.

A greater leader values the thoughts, feelings, and opinions of every brother because each voice can bring lessons, ideas, and strength to the chapter.

In brotherhood, unity grows when everyone feels heard and respected. A leader who listens creates trust, encourages teamwork, and makes every brother feel important and included. Wisdom may guide the chapter forward, but respect and listening keep the bond strong.

This quote reminds us that the best leaders lead not only with knowledge and authority, but also with humility, patience, and an open heart toward their fellow brothers.โค๏ธ๐Ÿซก

Dito nagsimula ang pag-uusap, pagkakaisa, at muling pagbangon ng matagal nang natulog na Barrio Pacita Community Chapter. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ–ค

Sa samahan, pagkakaibigan, at iisang layunin, muli nating bubuhayin ang diwa ng pagkakapatiran para sa komunidad.

Hindi man naging madali ang paglalakbay, nananatiling buhay ang apoy ng Triskelion sa puso ng bawat isa.
Ito ang simula ng panibagong yugto para sa Triskelion de Barrio Pacita 1979.

Every member should understand and respect that the Official Logo of Tau Gamma Phi is more than just a design it represents the identity, unity, history, and values of the Brotherhood. Because of this, the logo must always be used properly, respectfully, and consistently by all Triskelions especially those in leadership positions.

Leaders are expected to set the standard in preserving the Fraternityโ€™s traditions, discipline, and proper public image. Any unnecessary alteration, modification, or inappropriate addition to the Official Logo can be seen as disrespectful to the Brotherhood and may create an impression of disunity and lack of organizational standards.

While chapters may create their own logos or identities, these designs should remain meaningful, professional, and connected to their chapter or community. Iwasan ang random symbols, unnecessary elements, at low-quality edits that may damage the image and credibility of the Brotherhood. Creativity is welcome, but the official Tau Gamma Phi colors and symbolism should still be respected whenever possible.

Likewise, designers, printing shops, and clothing businesses also carry a responsibility in helping preserve the integrity and proper image of Tau Gamma Phi. Let us all promote professionalism, consistency, unity, and respect for the Brotherhoodโ€™s identity and traditions.
