SOUTH CALOOCAN COUNCIL

By the authority of the South Caloocan Council, Memorandum No. SCC-2026-08-001 is hereby released for the information, guidance, and strict compliance of all Chapter Grand Skeptrons, officers, members, aspirants, and neophytes.

All chapters are hereby directed to extend their full support and participation in the 53rd Founding Anniversary of Alpha Kappa RHO International Humanitarian Service Fraternity & Sorority, hosted by the Luzon Region, to be held on August 8, 2026, at the Marikina Sports Center.

All Chapter Grand Skeptrons are expected to ensure the faithful implementation of this directive. Let us uphold the values of Unity, Discipline, Respect, Loyalty, and Brotherhood by standing together in one official celebration.

Failure to comply with this directive shall be dealt with in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws and existing Council policies.

CAMANAVA COUNCIL OFFICERS MEETING

In preparation for the 53rd Annual CAMANAVA Grand Parade, the CAMANAVA Council Officers Meeting was successfully convened, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to the principles of Unity, Leadership, Brotherhood, and Service.

Hosted by the Malabon Council, the meeting was led by Chairman Philip together with the Malabon Council Officers. Important plans and responsibilities were discussed to ensure a disciplined, organized, and meaningful celebration of our annual tradition.

Beginning August 2, the arrival of Akhros from different councils will officially commence, marking the start of a historic gathering as brothers unite under one banner with one purpose.
