🌿 WELL AND WHOLE 🌿
A Conversation on Mental Health, Healing, and Hope
Our mental health matters. 💚 Join us for a meaningful and honest conversation about taking care of our minds, hearts, and whole selves.

We’re blessed to have Gian Derick J. Sevilla as our guest speaker as we explore what it means to be well and whole not just spiritually, but emotionally, mentally, and personally.

✨ For everyone, especially our youth!
Come as you are. Listen, learn, connect, and be reminded that you don’t have to walk through life alone.

📖 Let’s create a safe space where we can talk about mental health, find encouragement, and discover hope together.

Well and Whole, because caring for your mind is part of caring for the whole you. 💚

See you there! 🙌

𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲.

Last fellowship we learned and discovered what it meant to trust our Sovereign God. Truly, He reigns above all, knows what we do not know and sees what we cannot see; and He works all things together for those who love Him and called according to His plans and purposes (𝘙𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘴 8:28)

So, it is wise to surrender, trust and remember that 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨.
