📣📣📣 ANG KUNAI AY TUMITINDIG! PATULOY NA TUTULIGSA SA MGA MALING GAWA AT KORAPSYON SA GOBYERNO! 📣📣📣

Ang KAUNLARAN UNITED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. (KUNAI) ay buong-pusong nakikiisa sa malawakang nationwide rally laban sa katiwalian sa Flood Control Project at iba pang gawaing-korapsyon ng gobyerno!

Narito ang aming paninindigan, hatid sa pamamagitan ng mga mensahe mula sa aming mga miyembro:

🚨 "WE STUDY HARD, YOU STEAL HARDER"

At higit sa lahat, wala man ang pisikal na presensya ng KUNAI sa mga lansangan na pinagdadausan ng mga rally:
🎯 "WALA MAN KAMI SA EDSA, SA LUNETA, KAISA NYO ANG KUNAI SA PAKIKIBAKA!"

Hindi na tama ang patuloy na pagdurusa ng mamamayan dahil sa mga palpak na proyekto at kurapsyon sa pondo para sa flood control. Ang bawat piso na ninanakaw ay isang piso na inagaw sa kaligtasan at kinabukasan ng ating komunidad.

Yesterday, February 24, 2024, the RESIDENCY CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION 2024 was held for members of our KAUNLARAN UNITED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. This event was spearheaded by the officers of our association, along with several volunteers.

The purpose of the RESIDENCY CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION is to gather information from each resident of Kaunlaran regarding the ownership of their homes and land. This information will be submitted to the National Housing Authority to serve as agency information for the project "Survey Works at Phase 9 Package 3 Kaunlaran, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City," which includes Relocation Survey, Lot Titling, Consolidation/Subdivision Survey, Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping, and Establishment of Geodetic Horizontal and Vertical Control Monuments.

The RESIDENCY CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION is one of KUNAI's projects/initiatives aimed at serving our fellow residents. Expect more projects from KUNAI in the coming months.

🎃👻 Spooktacular Success: Children’s Happy Halloween Costume Contest 2023! 👻🎃

What a fangtastic day it was, as our little ghouls and zombies gathered for our annual Children’s Happy Halloween Costume Contest! 🧙‍♂️🧛‍♀️

Congratulations to our boo-tiful winners:

🥇 1st Most Spookiest Costume: Jemary San Pedro as Scary Zipper Face
🥈 2nd Most Spookiest Costume: Jhon Axel San Pedro as Scary Little Boy Zombie
🥉 3rd Most Spookiest Costume: Jhianlyn Lico as Scary Little Girl Zombie

Each one of them put their spookiest foot forward and truly impressed the Hurados! 🎃👹💀

A big thank you to all the participants and their parents for their creativity and enthusiasm. You all looked absolutely fangtastic! 🎃👻

“KUNAI CHILDREN’s HAPPY HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST”

November 3, 2022, 3PM, KAUNLARAN COMMUNITY, PHASE 9 PACKAGE 3, BAGONG SILANG CALOOCAN CITY

CONTEST MECHANICS:

1. Lahat ng batang may edad 3-10 years ay maaaring sumali. May REGISTRATION na Php 10.00 bawat batang sasali.

2. Mga nakakatakot na costume na pang-HALLOWEEN ang maaaring ipasuot sa mga bata. (Ingatan lamang po ang mga harmful na bagay na gagamitin natin sa pagbibihis sa mga bata).

Ini-encourage po ang lahat ng sasali na gumamit lamang ng mga recyclable materials at wag nang bumili pa ng mga kagamitan para ipang gamit sa kasuotan ng mga bata.

3. Magsisimula po ang pag-iikot ng mga judges mula 4PM ng hapon. Mag-stay lang po ang mga bata sa harap ng mga kani-kanilang bahay, at mga judges na po ang iikot para makita ang costume ng mga bata.

4. Ang atin pong CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

*CREATIVITY - 30%
*ORIGINALITY - 30%
*EFFORT - 20%
*MOST ONLINE LIKES - 20%
TOTAL OF 100%

5. Magkakaroon po ng mga SPECIAL AWARDS na iaannounce po sa araw ng contest.

6. Magkakaroon po tayo ng 3rd Prize, 2nd Prize at 1st Prize, na mananalo ng mga CASH PRIZES, CERTIFICATES at CANDY PACKED.

Kaya sali na po ang mga bata, para sa kasiyahan at katuwaan nila at ganun din ng ating komunidad! 🎉🎊🙂

This achievement is truly a testament to the dedication and hard work put in by all our members, and especially our officers. ❤️❤️❤️

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of this process. The unwavering support, passion, and commitment have played a crucial role in making this into a reality. 👏👏👏

Finally! Isa po ito sa Certification na ating hinihintay!

Eto na po ang ating Certification from HOUSING AND RESETTLEMENT OFFICE (HARO).

This is to certify that KAUNLARAN UNITED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. with postal address at Phase 9 Package 3 Kaunlaran, Bagong Silang Caloocan City, is a sole land-based community association and is duly recognized at Housing at Resettlement Office (HARO).

(Hard copies of Certifications were ORIGINALLY SIGNED by HARO signatory)🙂
