โ€Ž๐—”๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€: This UIC is officially issued to designated Administrators, Student Judges, Judges, Members, Coordinators, and Organizers of the National Youth Essay League.

โ€Ž๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—จ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ข๐—ป๐—น๐˜†: The card is issued solely for internal membership verification, tracking, and access control during official organization activities.

3. Card Ownership and Authorized Use

โ€Ž๐—ก๐—ผ๐—ป-๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ: The card is strictly non-transferable. Only the authorized individual whose name, Unique Identification Number (UIN), position, and photo appear on the card may use it. Lending or sharing this ID with others is prohibited.
