Congratulations, Engr. Ritchel Fuellas Aliman, on your appointment as Faculty Regent and new member of the Governing Board of Northwest Samar State University.

Engr. Aliman is one of the founding members of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines Inc. (IIEE) Calbayog Chapter. She previously served as its president and is currently the Vice President for Internal Affairs of the same chapter.
