Pero kung may isang phrase na siguradong babalik ngayong semester, ito 'yon:

Leadership isn't always about standing in front. Sometimes, it's about standing beside others when they need someone the most.

Sa school, you'll meet students who lead organizations, group projects, classrooms, and even simple conversations. But titles alone don't define leadership.

Hindi ka nagiging leader dahil maraming nakikinig sa'yo. Nagiging leader ka kapag maraming nagtitiwala sa'yo.

Whether you're an officer, a class representative, or simply someone others can rely on, always choose to lead with integrity, humility, and compassion.

One week na lang, and the classrooms will be alive again.

May bagong subjects, bagong classmates, bagong deadlines... at siyempre, bagong dahilan para sabihin ang "kaya pa 'to."

Habang busy tayong maghabol ng grades at requirements, don't forget the things that matter most.

Darating ang araw na hindi mo na maalala ang score mo sa exam. Pero maaalala mo ang mga taong tinulungan mo at ang mga taong tumulong sa'yo.

So this school year, be the classmate who shares notes. The groupmate who actually replies. The friend who checks in. Because in the end, people will remember how you made them feel more than the numbers on your report card.

The countdown is officially on.

In just 9 days, the hallways will be filled againโ€”new faces, familiar friends, last-minute printing, and the classic "Ano room natin?" moments.

Some are excited.
Some are nervous.
Some are still convincing themselves that "next week pa naman."

But beyond the excitement, let's remember this:

Some students are carrying laptops. Others are carrying their family's hopes. Parehong mabigat.

Behind every ID lace is a different story. Some are chasing honors. Some are chasing opportunities. And some are simply doing everything they can to give their family a better tomorrow.

So as we begin another academic year, be kind. Help when you can. Cheer for one another. We're all carrying something.
