Peek-A-Book Mini Library Project The Peek-A-Book Mini-Library Project aims to inspire and promote the love of reading for its target users.

The Peek-A-Book Mini-Library Project was launched by the Starfish Foundation for the Empowerment of Filipino Youth in 2019, with the cooperation of barangay councils, Sangguniang Kabataan, and youth volunteers where the libraries are located. This library also serves as a hub for its users to hang out while reading books and playing board games rather than hanging out in unsafe and unmotivating places.
