Health is wealth, and awareness is the first step.

The E. Zobel Foundation recently facilitated breast ultrasound and mammography procedures for 10 beneficiaries at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. This initiative included 8 patients who received mammography and 2 patient underwent breast ultrasound, serving as a critical step in the early detection of breast health concerns.

We extend our gratitude to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) for funding this activity, and to the LGU of Calatagan for providing transportation to ensure our patients traveled safely and conveniently.

Through this initiative, EZF continues its commitment to promoting preventive healthcare and supporting the well-being of our community.

Taking care of your health starts with awareness.

The E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. continues to advocate for women’s well-being through its Breast Care Program encouraging women to adopt healthy habits, perform regular self-checks, and seek medical consultation when needed.

This Breast Care Program campaign highlights the importance of knowing the signs through touch, look, and check — so any changes can be detected early. We encourage all women in the community to visit their Barangay Health Centers and consult trained health workers for proper guidance and screening. Early detection not only saves lives but also empowers women to take control of their health.

Small actions today can help prevent bigger risks tomorrow.

Take action today—for yourself, your family, and your future.

Know the signs. Take action early.

The E. Zobel Foundation, Inc. strengthens its Breast Care Program by raising awareness on the common signs of breast cancer and the importance of regular breast self-examination. Being familiar with your own body can help you notice changes such as lumps, pain, skin changes, or unusual discharge—signs that should never be ignored.

Breast self-exam is a simple, free, and effective way to monitor your health. Early detection increases the chances of successful treatment and helps prevent serious complications.

E. Zobel Foundation, in partnership with the Barangay Health Workers (BHW) - Calatagan and through the directive of the Municipal Health Office, is conducting Breast Examination to all women of the Municipality.
