We are pleased to announce the 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝑴𝒀𝑷 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒂𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏-𝑶𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌.

OMYP stands as a youth-led and youth-serving organization under the Oriental Mindoro - Provincial Youth Development Council.

Established in 2015, OMYP is currently rebuilding and realigning strategically under its
new leadership, focusing on a renewed structure, vision, and governance, aiming for
more sustainable impacts.

Committed to its institutional mantra—𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣—it is a platform where young professionals can transform their advocacies into meaningful service, impact, and action.

Through OMYP, its members are entrusted and gifted with a platform to lead and actively engage in:

• 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗣𝗣𝗔𝘀)

As we begin this journey, we aim to invite passionate, service-driven, and committed young professionals of Oriental Mindoro who are ready to contribute to collective action, institutional growth, and community impact.

A joint project of the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro headed by Governor Humerlito "Bonz" A. Dolor, MPA, Ph.D., Sangguniang Panlalawigan headed by Vice Governor Ejay L. Falcon, and the Board Members of Oriental Mindoro.

Implemented through the Office of the Governor - Youth Development Division (GO-YDD), Provincial Youth Development Council (PYDC), and collaboration with SK, DEPED, HEIs, LGUs, and LYDOs.

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS:

1. Open to all Kabataang Mindoreños ages 15-30 years old.

2. Must be a resident of Oriental Mindoro for not less than six (6) months.

3. Participants must not elected or appointed SK Official.

4. Previous parliament attendees may only participate twice.

5. Preferably a member/officer of any Youth Organization in the Province.

6. Interested in Policymaking and Legislation.
