We just finished our Google Meet with Ms. Aiva Divina and her team! 🎉 It was a fun and meaningful collaboration where we shared what we have done in our project.

We also talked about the importance of gender fairness and why we should treat everyone equally, no matter if they are a boy or a girl.

We want to share something important with you!

We are having a meeting on Google Meet to talk about gender fairness. That means giving everyone boys, girls, and all people equal chances and treating them fairly at work and in the media (like on TV or online).

Again, this campaign reminds us that every person should be treated with respect no matter what they look like, where they come from, or what they believe in.

Let’s Stand for Gender Fairness in Jobs and Media!

Hi everyone! ✨ 💖

We want to share something important with you. Our advocacy is all about gender fairness in jobs and media. That means we believe everyone no matter if you are a girl, boy, or part of the LGBTQ+ community should be treated fairly and have the same chances at work and in the media.

Why is this important?✨

In many places, women and LGBTQ+ people still get fewer job opportunities or are paid less than men. According to the World Economic Forum, women earn about 77 cents for every 1 dollar a man earns for the same work. That’s not fair!

In movies, shows, and ads, men are still shown more often as leaders or heroes, while women are sometimes shown only as helpers or housewives. This makes people think only certain genders can do certain jobs and that’s not true.

What can we do?
We are starting online campaigns to help people understand why gender fairness matters. We want to:
- Teach people that anyone can do any job, no matter their gender.
- Show support for fair pay and chances at work.

Everyone Deserves a Fair Chance – Let’s Support Gender Fairness! 🌍

Have you ever seen someone treated unfairly just because of their gender? That’s what we want to stop. Our advocacy is about gender fairness giving equal chances to people of all genders at work and in the media. 💪📺

🚫What’s the problem?
Sometimes, people don’t get a job or a promotion just because they are a woman or part of the LGBTQ+ community. That’s called "discrimination". It also happens in media, like movies or ads, where only certain people are shown as smart or strong. This gives people the wrong idea about who can succeed.

"We believe anyone can do any job — no matter their gender!"
That’s why we say:
🌟 “Were women? Yes, we can!
This means women can be leaders, builders, doctors, and more — just like men. 💖💪

📜 What laws protect us?

1. ✅ Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710) – This law says women should have the same rights and chances as men in jobs and education.
2. ✅ Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) – This protects everyone from gender-based harassment, even online.
3. ✅ SDG 5 – Gender Equality (UN Goal) – This is a global promise to give equal rights to all people, especially women and girls.

📣How are we helping?
We are starting online campaigns to:
✨ Teach people that gender should not stop anyone from reaching their dreams.
✨ Ask workplaces and media to treat everyone fairly.
✨ Support equal pay and equal chances for all genders.
