The Social Pulse Philippines: Pulso ng Bayan Survey for the month of July 2026 highlights the Top Performing Mayors in the Province of Laguna, based on the voices and feedback of 1,000 respondents. Conducted during the survey period of August 5-8, 2026, with a margin of error of Β±3%, the results reflect public satisfaction in terms of leadership, governance, and service delivery.
Topping the list is Mayor Dennis Hain of Cabuyao City, who emerged as the highest-performing mayor in Laguna with an impressive 96.1% performance rating, signaling strong public trust and approval.
Following in second place is Mayor Arlene Arcillas of Santa Rosa City with 94.8%, while Mayor Art Mercado of San Pedro City ranked third with 93.2%, both earning high marks from their constituents for their leadership and public service.
In fourth place is Mayor Rizal Ross of Calamba City with 92.4%, followed closely by Mayor Gel Alonte of BiΓ±an City with 91.3%, reflecting continued confidence from the public.
Other notable leaders recognized for their strong performance ratings include Mayor Benjo Agarao of Sta. Cruz (89.7%), Mayor Neil Andrew Nocon of Los BaΓ±os (86.3%), Mayor Patrick Go of Siniloan (83.5%), and Mayor Elmor Vita of Nagcarlan (82.7%).
Overall, the results highlight the strong public approval of local leaders who continue to deliver effective governance, accessible public services, and programs that directly benefit their communities.
