BOHOLANO SCHOLAR JOSEPH PACOG EXCELS THROUGH DUALTECH TRAINING

During his in-school training at Dualtech, Joseph N. Pacog, a scholar of Ibiden Philippines, Inc. from Catigbian, Bohol, developed core competencies in Electromechanics. These skills have provided him with a strong technical foundation, which he is now applying at Ibiden Philippines, Inc., where he is currently undergoing his on-the-job training.

Beyond technical training, Joseph highlighted Dualtech’s values formation program as an advantage, emphasizing its role in fostering discipline, professionalism, and strong work ethics. This holistic approach has prepared him not only for technical tasks but also for the expectations and responsibilities of the workplace.

Dualtech Training Center Foundation is accepting applicants for its Electromechanics Technology course. Registration is open every weekday, from Monday to Friday.

Within just two years from enrollment, trainees gain hands-on, real-world experience through in-plant training with industry partners and are prepared for immediate employment.
