HEP HEP HEP!!!🖐️
it's better late than never 🫰

Last February 1, our Youth Organization " PYAP D.O.T.A" successfully conducted a meaningful and impactful Mini Team Building centered on the theme, “Stronger Teams, Better Leaders: The 5 Skills of Leadership.” This event was designed not only to strengthen camaraderie among members, but also to intentionally develop the essential leadership skills that empower individuals to guide, inspire, and serve with excellence.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in purposeful activities, collaborative challenges, and insightful discussions that highlighted the importance of communication, teamwork, adaptability, accountability, and integrity in leadership. Each exercise reinforced the value of unity and demonstrated how strong teams are built on trust, mutual respect, and shared vision.

More than just a day of activities, this gathering became a platform for growth, reflection, and connection. It allowed every member to recognize their potential as emerging leaders while understanding that effective leadership begins with character and commitment to service.

As we move forward, i would like to take this opportunity to thank our kuya Kenneth yuson. kuya Caloy, ate Cathy and ate Tin for being with us during the event.🥰 we carry with us the lessons learned and the strengthened bonds formed during this event. Together, we remain committed to building stronger teams and shaping better leaders who will continue to make a positive impact within our organization and beyond.
