𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗬

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘. 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦𝗡’𝗧.

Minsan, parang may requirements ang love ng mundo.

You have to be attractive enough.
Successful enough.
Funny enough.
Popular enough.
You have to be useful, impressive, or worth choosing.

Parang kapag nag-fail ka, nagkamali ka, or you don’t meet the standard, you become less worthy of love.

But Jesus showed us something completely different.

𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗡’𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗨𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗨𝗦.

He loved us while we were still sinners.

Romans 5:9 reminds us:

“Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!”
— Romans 5:9

Jesus didn’t love the “better version” of you.
He didn’t love you only when you got everything right.

𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧.

That means your worth isn’t something you have to earn.

You don’t have to perform for His love.
You don’t have to compete for His attention.
You don’t have to prove that you’re good enough.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗜𝗠, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘.

So when the world says, “Be better, then maybe you’ll be loved,” remember what Jesus already showed us:

𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧.

And that kind of love changes everything.

Remember the amazing time we had last time at 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡? ❤️ The laughter, the worship, the conversations, the new friendships, and most importantly, that wonderful moment of being reminded that God’s grace is more than enough for us.

Come as you are. Bring your friends. Bring your energy. And most importantly, 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐝.🙏

You experienced it last time, now let’s make this Saturday even more meaningful!

𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗬

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬’𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗛 reminded us of something simple but powerful: hindi ang mundo ang nagsasabi kung sino tayo. Si Jesus.

Minsan, hinahayaan nating i-define tayo ng mistakes natin, past, weaknesses, grades, likes, comments, or even opinions ng ibang tao. Parang isang comment lang, buong identity na natin. 😭

Pero eto ang truth:

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦𝗡’𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨. 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦.

Our identity is not based on how successful we are, how many people like us, or how perfect we think we are. It is rooted in what Jesus has already done.

Because of Him, we are loved. Chosen. Forgiven. Made new.

So kapag sinabihan ka ng mundo na “hindi ka enough,” or kapag pinapaalala ng past mo yung mga pagkakamali mo, remember who gets the final say.

Hindi yung past mo.
Hindi yung opinion ng ibang tao.
Hindi rin yung sarili mong overthinking na parang may sariling WiFi. 😭

You don’t have to spend your life proving your worth. Live from the identity Christ has already given you.

This week, carry this truth with you:
