FROM RETAILERS TO MANUFACTURERS! THE UPGRADE IS REAL

Huge congratulations to the 3rd-year BS Entrepreneurship students in our Wholesale and Retail Sales Management class! They just finished an intense 5 phase business diagnosis, and they are officially ready to step up from being simple sellers to becoming the actual manufacturers of their own products next semester!

Look at how they worked through every single step to scale their business:

In Phase 1, they started by evaluating their current operations to see how their retail business runs.

In Phase 2, they successfully identified the major problems in their operations that were holding them back.

In Phase 3, they created smart solution designs to help them transition into manufacturing, choosing to improve the supply, create an inventory system, launch an online ordering system, or improve the customer experience.

In Phase 4, they took massive action and started the implementation of their strategy to control their own production.

In Phase 5, they finished strong by giving an amazing final presentation to prove their manufacturing plan works.
They found the problems, built the systems, and unlocked the ultimate supply chain upgrade! The business plans are locked in, and next semester's Business Implementation is going to be legendary. Watch out retail world, we are making our own products now.

FROM SCRAP TO ECO-PARK: CCGC GRYPHONS Unite for "Nasa Imis Ganda"

Unity, creativity, and love for the environment, We are incredibly proud of all the First-Year Students of Calaca City Global College for coming together to build the CCGC Eco-Park right here on our campus.

As part of their NSTP 2: Civic Welfare Training Service subject , this project is proudly aligned with the Calaca City Government’s flagship environmental program, Nasa Imis Ganda.

Through true bayanihan, students turned imagination into reality:

Upcycled Magic: Turning scrap plastic bottles and bamboo into beautifully painted flower decorations.

Handcrafted Banners: Sewing scrap fabric together to make colorful banderitas.

Green Spaces: Planting chili peppers and various plants to bring the eco-park to life.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, First Years you’ve proven that with cooperation, nothing goes to waste. Here's to a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful CCGC and Calaca City
