On October 5, 2023, the Rotaract Club of Suburban East Rizal conducted its DRR's visit, joined by DRR President Raymart J. Cacho, his DRR Secretary, and Rotarians PP Stephen Del Rosario, President Lemuel Ticman, Mark Joe Malicdem, Kevin Sacramento, and SP Lady Sacramento. The purpose was to assess the future of the Club and present the 5-year Strategic Plan to extend heartfelt community service.

Alongside the DRR's visit, the Rotaract Club of Suburban East Rizal inducted its officers and members, with Hope-Creating President Joemarie V. Fuentes leading the Executive Committee.
