Sa mga iginagalang namin na ka-homeowners, mga tenants at ibang residente ng Midtown. Kayo po ay mag-ingat sa grupo ng mga "Disqualified candidates" na nagba-bahay bahay at nagpapapirma ng Petition o' Certifications upang kami bilang mga duly elected Incumbent Board of Directors ay mapaalis nila sa MCHAI sa pamamagitan ng marahas na paraan na ginagamit kayo. Huwag na po kayong magpa "budol" pang muli. Sila po ay mayroong "WRIT OF PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION" na nagbabawal sa kanila na gumawa ng mga illegal na hakbang para ipagpilitan na ma-turnover sa kanila ang MCHAI. Anumang paglabag dito ay may parusang multa at pagkakulong. Wala po silang karapatan na pamunuan ang MCHAI, dahil kailan man hindi po sila naging mga opisyal dito, sila po ay mga elected "Disqualified Candidates" at hindi new BOD's tulad ng ipinagpipilitan nila. Sobra po ang kahihiyan nila dahil sa mga bagong kaganapan na ito at gusto nilang kayo ay idamay sa kahihiyang ito. Wala po silang paki-alam sainyo kung matulad kayo sa kanila na maging makapal ang mukha at hindi matahimik ang sarili. Huwag po kayong magpirma sa anumang uri ng Certification o' Petition na ikinakalat nila dahil ayaw po namin na kayo ay madamay sa mga kaso nila. Salamat po.

Sa mga mabubuting Midtown Homeowners, tenants at ibang residente! Nagwakas na po ang Drama series nina Raquel Garcia et al na ipinost nila noong mga nakaraang araw at sila po ay i-ninterview ng reporter na si "alias Kulot". Tungkol po ito sa turn- over ng properties ng MCHAI na kung saan ay gigil na gigil silang makuha. Sila po ay nabigyan ng Award na "Writ of Preliminary Injunction" na ang ibig sabihin ay walang turn-over na mangyayari, hanggat hindi pa nadedesisyunan ang reklamo namin laban sa illegal/un-authorized election na ginawa nila.Nasa ibaba po nito ang Writ of Preliminary Injunction nila at kapag nilabag po nila ito ay may parusang multa at pagkakulong. Example ko sa statements sa itaas nito: Dito sa paligid ng Midtown Senior Building, lahat ng punong kahoy at halaman ay ako ang nagtanim tulad ng mangga, saging, langka, avocado, suha, atb. Ano ang karapatan ko na magtanim doon?

1. Ako ang Presidente at duly authorized representative ng MCHAI.
2. Ang lote na ki natatayuan ng senior building ay private property na pag-aari ng Midtown Realty Group Inc. 3. Ang MCHAI ay may kasulatan galing sa Midtown Realty Group Inc., na pamahalaan, pangalagaan at ayusin ang open space sa Midtown Phase 9, mula pa 1979.
4. Ang mga structures/buildings na nasa ilalim ng supervision, management at control ng MCHAI ay ang mga sumusunod: Eco park, chapel, basketball court, tennis court, multi-purpose hall, MCHAI office at senior citizens building.
5. Ang mga nabanggit na structura o buildings ay hindi dapat panghimasukan o pakialaman ng sinuman na walang pahintulot ang MCHAI.

Ito namang tita mo na si Trinidad Garcia walang naintindihan to sa legalidad o Magna Carta,kasi hindi sya nagbabasa.Meron syang sariling batas,yong "RA 1-2-3 at RA 5-6" sya author nyan. Para sa malabong pagiisip ni Carlos Rieza III. Ano na naman ang ipinost mo sa inyong we love midtown fb, na last 14 days ni Magsino at mga alagad ng Kadiliman? Kung ang tinutukoy mo ay yong naunang postings nyo na diumano ay Notice of Violations na gawa- gawa ni Raquel Garcia na kapalmuks na sumulat sa DHSUD, ay dapat mong malaman na hanggang sa araw na ito ng martes, petsa February 18, 2025, 8:10AM ay wala pa kaming natatanggap na official communications from DHSUD. Ginagawa mo namang mga mangmang at uto-uto ang mga kampon mo sa we love midtown at neighborhood watch, kawawa naman sila! Kaya dagdagan mo yong 14days mo, gawin mong plus 30 days. Pero ito ay para magbigay kami ng Sworn Statements na walang katotohanan ang lahat ng nilalaman ng sulat ni Raquel Garcia sa DHSUD. Hindi ito ukol sa deadline ng turn-over o' pagsang-ayon namin sa gustong mangyari ng mga kampon mo. Maliwanag yan sa lahat. Para sa kaalaman ng We love midtown members.Ang bilis bilis nyo namang magpost sa "We Love Midtown FB Page" nyo ng Notice of Violations.Pakaisipin ninyong maigi kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng DHSUD.Ano ba sa tagalog ang "Alleged Non turn-over of documents and properties of HOA" sabi kuno ni Raquel Garcia (ALEGASYON) .Lilituhin nyo na naman ang mga homeowners sa pagsisinungaling ninyo,at ginagawa ninyong mangmang ang mga tropa nyo kasama na mga myembro ng Midtown Neighborhood Watch. masyado kayong adelantado (Premature).Wala pa nga kaming natatanggap na official letter galing sa DHSUD hanggang sa oras na ito,ukol dyan sa "Notice of Violations" na kaagad ay ipinost nyo.Oy hinay-hinay kayo dyan,sasagutin pa namin yan para patunayan na hindi totoo yang ALEGASYONG yan ni Raquel Garcia.Pakibasa at intindihin ninyong mabuti kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng nilalaman ng Notice of Violation sa Section 100,ng 2024 Revised IRR of RA9904. ATES sila pero nagpatawag at nagpa-eleksyon parin sila; yon ang ILLEGAL at UNAUTHORIZED ELECTION ayon sa Section 89 at Section 90,2021 Revised IRR of RA9904 at Section 96,2004,Revised IRR of RA 9904, na nagsasaad ng:

"Sec 96.Unauthorized election."An unauthorized election is either called or conducted by any member or group of members,regardless of standing,in an association other than by the incumbent Board on record with the Regional Office.The results of unauthorized elections shall not be recognized by DSHUD and shall be deemed null and void in accordance with the guidelines issued by the DHSUD".

Kami ang incumbent BOD's noong December 1, 2024, ng nagpa-eleksyon sila sa basketball court. Paano mangyayari na mga Newly Elected Officers sila? NEW ILLEGAL OFFICER

Let me apprise you of the chronology of events in Midtown sixteen (16) years ago and on records with DHSUD that was perpetrated by the predecessors and supporters of these current group pretending to be the newly elected officers of MCHAI. These events are: 1) April 21, 2008- illegal election inside the garage of one homeowner- was declared Null and Void by HLURB now DHSUD. 2) June 23, 2018 - illegal election held at Midtown basketball court, declared Null and Void by HLURB. 3) November 8, 2020 - Election of COMELEC at the basketball court, declared by DHSUD
Null and Void, illegal. 4) November 23, 2020- Creation of an Adhoc Committee-not recognized by DHSUD. 5) December 6, 2020 -Election at St. Therese school- declared Null and Void by DHSUD and all candidates and other participants were meted " Permanent Injunction" by DHSUD. 6) September 2021- Motorcades around Midtown, was declared illegal by DHSUD. 7)
March 2022, Rally without permit- declared illegal by DHSUD. 8) December 1,2024- calling and conducting elections at basketball court, illegal and unauthorized per Section 89 & 90 of Magna Carta. 9) January 15, 2025 -
Illegal assembly & Forcible entry inside MCHAI - Cases filed in appropriate authorities and, 10) Illegal assembly and forcible entry inside MCHAI (2nd attempt)- Complaint already filed. On your allegations of facts: Iligitimate leadership in my term - no legal basis. 2) That the December 1 election was illegal and never recognized by DHSUD. Acknowledgement receipt of their submitted documents, was not an approval of their election as new Officers. 3) The December 15, 2024 election, was never declared failure, no legal basis. 4) The 2024 IRR of RA 9904, did not cover the 2024 election. It is effective January 10, 2025. The law is not retroactive it always moves forward. 5) Taking an oath of office by HOA officers before a Mayor or Punong Barangay is not required under the Code of Ethics and Ethical Standards of HOA officials to avoid partisan politics. Now that I have revealed to you the truth of those events with legal basis, do they still have the "Moral Ascendancy" to be called legitimate officers of MCHAI? Are they not doing these just to cover -up for their non-payme nt of monthly dues? And finally you asked me how I want to be remembered? It's simple. I want to remain a crusader of justice, a true believer of the Words of God, a fighter for the rights of other people, an enemy of all bad people and an advocate against corruptions and abuse of power & authority of those concerned. Eversince, the people around knew that this fight is not personal and will continue to serve on my own terms no matter what. I will prove with full certainty that you were wrong and that you cannot "Put down an Honest man".

It is subjecting him/her to a written NP examination, evaluation and personal interviews. The tongues of Your tita Raquel and tita Jane should be cut to halves, because in your presence they were shouting invictives, malicious accusations against me and the incumbent newly elected MCHAI BOD 's detrimental to the interest of the HOA. You are a liar because you did not say that your tito joms and mr alviento were the culprits in the destruction of the padlock of MCHAI entrance gates, by the use of a "Bolt cutter" therefore their hands should be cut also. But we do not have laws that punish such criminal offense. Your tito joms was so brave, boastful especially while in front of many people. Had you not forcibly entered MCHAI facilities while shouting defamatory languages, our children that were having teachings about cathecism at that particular moment, will not suffer trauma because of your unwarranted presence. You did not respect the childrens and Womens right and we'll do everything to give justice to these childrens and their parents and we pray that all of you go to jail. Your Tita Raquel is not an admirable lady it is the opposite.. she possesses satanic character, full of lies, selfish ambitions and promoter of all the troubles inside our subdivision. Pagkatapos mong utusan ang mga tropa pong mga kapal mukha, mga walang konsyensya na lusubin ang MCHAI Office, sirain ang padlock ng MCHAI gate sa pamamagitan ng volt cutter na ginamit ni Bangag at Kulot na nagdulot ng pagkatakot at trauma sa mga batang kasalukuyang nag-aaral ng mga salita ng diyos, para magsilaki silang may Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) na di tulad mo at ng mga kampon mo na mga walang Modo, ay kapal talaga ng mukha mo na ipasa sa amin ang sisi sa nangyari. Sisihin mo si Raquel at Trinidad Garcia at mga kampon nila na mga walang budhi at hindi na iginalang ang mga karapatan ng mga bata at kanilang mga magulang. Andyan po sa ibaba ng post na ito ang dalawang (2) sulat ni RAQUEL GARCIA sa branch manager ng China Bank, Riverside, Ortigas ave., extn, Pasig City. Una pagsisi-nungaling na siya na ang Presidente ng MCHAI at ang mga kasama naman nya ang bagong mga opisyal, base sa "ILLEGAL/UN-AUTHORIZED Elections nila noong December 01, 2024 sa Midtown basketball court. Ang ikalawang sulat naman ay ang kanyang pag-uutos sa bank manager na i-tigil ang aming withdrawals ng deposito sa bangko. Siguro gawa ng pagkalito, takot o' katangahan ng branch manager ay sumunod sya na wala man lang information sa incumbent Board of Directors , ay ipi-nahinto ang lahat ng withdrawals ng MCHAI. Ito ang patunay ng kahayukan at pagkaganid ni RAQUEL GARCIA sa pera ng MCHAI, na wala pang nagagawang kabutihan sa Midtown ay pera kaagad ang gusto nyang makamkam. Ang pagkahinto ng aming withdrawals ay nagdulot ng kawalan ng pa-sueldo sa mga kawawang magwawalis ng kalsada at gutom ng mga pamilya nila; wala ring sueldo para sa mga uniformed security guards at tanods; sa mga maintenance personnel at office staff. Pati po tsekeng pambayad sa MERALCO, MANILA WATER AT PLDT ay hindi rin bayaran ng China bank. Maari pong mawalan ng ilaw sa mga poste ng Meralco sa buong Midtown at magdami na naman ang nakawan, hold-up at iba pang uri ng krimen, at mahihinto din po ang ating pag-aayos ng kalsada sa Mariposa street, tabi ng Alfa mart, na lalong magpapatindi sa traffic na makaka-apekto sa mga nagdadaang motorista. Ang lahat po ng mga ito ay bunga ng pagkagutom sa posisyon at pagkagahaman sa pera ni RAQUEL GARCIA kasama si TRINIDAD GARCIA na sya namang pasimuno ng "ILLEGAL ELECTIONS".Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat!
