The Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program convened its ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ (๐๐๐) ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ last 14 July 2026, bringing together partner agencies to advance key strategies, strengthen convergence mechanisms, and enhance the implementation of the Program nationwide.

๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ฌ, Director III and Deputy Program Manager of the EPAHP National Program Management Office (NPMO), representing ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ, Assistant Secretary for Innovations and Concurrent OIC National Program Manager of the EPAHP-NPMO.
A major agenda item of the meeting was the ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐จ๐ช๐ฑ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข ๐๐ค๐ต ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ช๐ด๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ง๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ช๐ด๐ฆ ๐๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐๐ฏ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐๐บ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ฎ (๐๐๐๐๐๐) ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ, ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐บ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐. The discussions aimed to strengthen partner agencies' understanding of these initiatives and reinforce inter-agency collaboration in advancing the implementation of Negotiated ProcurementโSagip Saka (NP-SS) under the EPAHP Program.
It also highlighted the ๐ง๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ช๐ป๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐ฐ๐ณ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ท๐ข๐ญ๐ถ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ (๐&๐) ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฌ, including its corresponding plan and reporting tools, to strengthen the systematic tracking of the implementation, progress, and performance of programs, projects, and activities under the Program.
The virtual meeting was attended by representatives from BJMP, CHED, CPD, CDA, DA, DA-ATI, DA-NDA, DA-NFA, DA-PCC, DA-PCA, DA-PCIC, DAR, DepEd, DOH, DICT, DOLE, DOST, DOST-FNRI, DSWD, DILG, DBP, LBP, NAPC, NIA, NNC, TESDA, and the WFP, along with invited representatives from DA-PhilRice, DA-ACPC, and ACAHP.
