Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC), in partnership with City Central School, successfully conducted the Industrial Fan Project Turnover Ceremony on September 17, 2026, at the City Central School Covered Court, Yacapin-Velez St., Cagayan de Oro City.

The program began with a Thanksgiving Mass, followed by the program proper featuring messages from school and community leaders, including 𝗗𝗶𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗠. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗻, Chairperson of OIC, 𝘿𝙞𝙧. 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙋. 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙤 OIC Chairperson of Special Project Committee and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗥. 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁, CEO of OIC, who delivered the turnover message. The project was formally received by 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗬. 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗻, 𝗣-𝗜𝗩, School Head.

The ceremony also featured an inspirational message from 𝗥𝗼𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗘. 𝗚𝗮𝘇𝗼, Schools Division Superintendent, and a thanksgiving message from Hon. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗮 “𝗚𝗶𝗴𝗶” 𝗚𝗼, City Councilor, together with 𝗖𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗩. 𝗬𝗮ñ𝗲𝘇, Public Schools District Supervisor. A Plaque of Appreciation was also presented to DepEd and LGU officials.

The Industrial Fan Project reflects OIC’s commitment to supporting a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for students and teachers. Through meaningful partnerships, OIC continues to extend initiatives that respond to the needs of the communities it serves.

Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) conducted the turnover of community support items to Barangay Sambulawan, El Salvador City, consisting of Five (5) Solar Streetlights, One (1) Set of Trash Bins, Three (3) Pieces of Mops.

Through the Community and Social Relations (CSR) Team, led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐞 𝐂. 𝐒𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫. OIC extends its deepest gratitude to 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗭. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 for the warmest welcome and for graciously accepting OIC into their barangay. We truly appreciate your hospitality, support, and partnership in making this initiative possible.

𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬. 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘.

𝗢𝗿𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗢𝗜𝗖) actively participated in the “𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮, 𝗞𝘂𝘆𝗼𝗴 ’𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘄 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗺: 𝗔 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 2026” organized by the City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWD) – Psychosocial Unit.

The solidarity walk brought together representatives from government agencies, the private sector, schools, and community volunteers, united by one important purpose-to promote mental health awareness and strengthen collective efforts toward su***de prevention.

More than a walk, the activity served as a meaningful reminder that mental health is a shared responsibility. We contribute to a community where individuals are encouraged to seek help, feel heard, and know that they are not alone.

Following the recent 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 in 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 2, 𝐋𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, which 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 113 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬, the Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) extended assistance to the affected families as part of its commitment to supporting communities in times of need.

Through the Community and Social Relations (CSR) Team, led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐞 𝐂. 𝐒𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, together with the 𝐎𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡, OIC provided essential relief assistance consisting of 5-kilogram sacks of rice and gallon of drinking water to help address the immediate needs of the affected families.

While the incident brought significant challenges to the community, OIC hopes that this assistance can provide some relief and remind the affected families that they are not alone in their journey toward recovery and rebuilding.

OIC remains committed to extending compassion, solidarity, and meaningful support to communities facing difficult circumstances.

𝐎𝐫𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐎𝐈𝐂) joined the 911 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 2026 held at the 5th Floor, SM CDO Downtown, Cagayan de Oro City.

The activity Led by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Region 10 brought together organizations, employees, and members of the community in promoting fire safety, prevention, and emergency preparedness. Through interactive activities and informative booths, participants gained valuable knowledge on proper fire prevention measures and the importance of being prepared during emergencies.

Led by OIC CEO Mr. Floriano R. Hilot represented by the CSR Officer Mr. Joie C. Saquilayan that OIC continues to support initiatives that promote safety, awareness, and community resilience, recognizing that preparedness and collective action play an important role in protecting lives and strengthening communities.

The 43𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 (𝗢𝗜𝗖), the Cogon Branch Staff, together with the Local Government Unit (LGU), conducted a meaningful 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚-𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐨, 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The day began with an environmental initiative, where participants planted a total of 100 seedlings composed of two species such as 50 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 50 𝐃𝐚𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬. This initiative aims to promote environmental sustainability, enhance green spaces to our city.

The latter part of the activity focused on extending care and support to children with cancer and individuals affected by leukemia at Leupapo. As part of the outreach, 𝐭𝐰𝐨 (2) 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 were distributed to help provide essential needs to the beneficiaries.

Through these initiatives, OIC - Cogon Branch continues to celebrate its anniversary not only by looking back on its years of service, but by giving back to the community, caring for the environment, and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Your simple act of donating blood can make a meaningful difference and help save lives. Let us come together as one community and share the gift of life through this worthwhile cause.

This activity is conducted in partnership with the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), RMN DXCC and the Department of Health (DOH).

𝗗𝘂𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 2026

On August 20, 2026, in support of the DXCC-RMN Network’s Dugtong-Buhay Blood Donation Project 2026, held in celebration of the 74th Anniversary of Radio Mindanao Network (RMN), the Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Floriano R. Hilot and OIC, Chairperson Mr. Raul M. Pregon, extended support by donating 100 sacks of 5-kilo rice to the generous blood donors.

The activity was held at SM Downtown, 5th Floor, Cagayan de Oro City, bringing together organizations and individuals united in promoting the spirit of volunteerism, compassion, and saving lives.

OIC remains committed to supporting meaningful initiatives that strengthen communities and inspire acts of kindness.

𝗢𝗜𝗖 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀: 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘀

Oro Integrated Cooperative, through its Community and Social Relations (CSR) Team headed by the Community and Social Relations (CSR) Team, headed by Mr. Joie C. Saquilayan, CSR Officer, conducted a Relief Operation for 23 families affected by the recent fire incident in Zone 9, Caffas, Macanhan, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, in collaboration with the Barangay Officials of Zone 9.

Thankfully, there were no reported casualties, and all affected families are safe. However, they continue to face the challenges brought by the incident as they work to recover, rebuild, and move forward.

Through this relief operation, Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) extends essential support and a message of hope and solidarity to the affected families. In times of hardship, OIC remains committed to standing with the community and helping families move forward together.
