Last April 11–12, Couples for Christ joyfully held Marriage Enrichment Retreat 2 (MER 2), Formation Program at CFC Center, with moments of rest and reflection at Casa Marga.

With 4 active and participative couples and 6 spirit-filled talks, the retreat created sacred space for couples to:

✅ Step away from daily demands and strengthen their personal relationship
✅ Gain wisdom on marriage and family life, especially for those serving in CFC leadership

The journey began on Saturday morning with worship, flowed into a joyful Lord’s Day Celebration with the whole Metro Cathedral Chapter, and continued on Day 2 with enriching sessions on “Christian Parenting” and “Empowering Our Marriage.”
The retreat culminated in a renewal of vows and the heartfelt writing of appreciation letters, a beautiful reminder that love must always be nurtured.

Young as they may seem, these couples carry their own struggles as individuals, parents, families, and spouses. Yet time and again, they return to their true “TAHANAN”, God and each other, making the journey of marriage truly worth the risk. ❤️🙏

The Harvest is Plentiful!
Serving the Lord with gladness! Last January 25, the Couples for Christ Metro Cathedral Chapter had the joy of joining the Misamis Oriental First Fruit Festival. 🥭🍍

It was a beautiful day of witnessing the abundance of our province and, more importantly, honoring the Provider of it all. From the vibrant displays to the shared smiles, we were reminded that when we give our "firsts" to God, He overflows our cups.

Blessed to grow in faith and fellowship with this community.

“Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.” — Proverbs 3:9-10

The time has come to gather as one community to honor our ultimate Source and Provider! We are officially inviting all brothers and sisters to the CFC Misamis Oriental First Fruit Offering 2026.

Guided by our theme, "Heartfelt Generosity," let us celebrate the blessings of the past year and dedicate the first fruits of our labor to the Lord with joy and gratitude.

One Assembly, Three Ministries, One Strong Start, CFC MetroCathedral begins the year with Kids, Youth, and Singles Together.

Under the leadership of Bro. Ricky and Sis. Eva Baguio, more than 70 participants gathered on a Saturday evening to praise and worship the Lord. Brothers and sisters shared stories of blessings and healing, and spoke of how God walked with them through both sorrow and victory. As the assembly came to a close, everyone proclaimed with joy and conviction: IT IS THE LORD!
