𝐀𝐄𝐂𝐎-𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐊𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐄𝐂𝐎-𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐨 : 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟑 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬

As the sun rose on the final day of AECO BOLTS 2026, participants embraced the last moments of camp with grateful hearts. After an activity-filled day, the morning began at a slower pace, giving everyone a chance to recharge before coming together again over breakfast. ✨

The day continued with an insightful session on "Building Camaraderie Through Collaborative Leadership," led by Mr. James Dei Panganiban. Through meaningful discussions, participants were reminded that leadership flourishes when built on trust, communication, and collaboration—qualities that strengthen not only teams but the entire AECO community. 🧺🥕

With the learning sessions concluded, it was time to make the most of the remaining hours together. Laughter echoed through the venue as participants bonded over karaoke, sang their hearts out, and celebrated the friendships formed throughout the camp.

Of course, no BOLTS would be complete without the much-awaited palancas. From heartfelt words of appreciation and encouragement to letters that may or may not have been addressed to a certain "BOLTS crush," every note added a special touch to the experience. We won't be naming names—but if you suddenly smiled while reading your letter...👀💌

As AECO BOLTS 2026: Kadlawon sa AECO-Mercado comes to a close, we leave with more than just new knowledge—we leave with friendships, unforgettable memories, and hearts inspired to lead with purpose, empathy, and service.

Here's to carrying the spirit of BOLTS beyond the campgrounds and into every opportunity to lead.

𝐀𝐄𝐂𝐎-𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐊𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐄𝐂𝐎-𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐨 : 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬

The market is buzzing, and the energy is at an all-time high! Day 2 tested our limits, deepened our bonds, and brought out the true market spirit in every leader. 🎭

We kicked off the morning with Mr. Prince Kesis J. Ceniza, who brought the heat in "Ideas into Action: Projects, Partners, & Pressure." With sharp insights and real-world advice, he walked us through turning raw ideas into ex*****on, navigating high-stakes collaborations, and staying grounded when the pressure builds.

Building on that drive, Mr. Zacchaeus Kyle S. Gabales led a grounded session on "Why Student Leadership?" He challenged us to strip away titles and reconnect with our core reason to serve—reminding everyone that leadership is ultimately about the lives we touch and the doors we open for others. 🍓🍇

From deep-dive sessions to high-energy team dynamics and evening fellowship, Day 2 proved that when purpose meets ex*****on, real growth happens.

Day 1 of AECO-BOLTS 2026: Kadlawon sa AECO-Merkado brought energy, honesty, and a real sense of purpose. We started the morning sketching out icebreakers, but quickly moved into the real heart of leadership.

Opening our sessions, Ms. Raihana Marohombsar shared insights on Accountability & Sustaining Service, grounding us in the truth that real impact comes from quiet, daily consistency. To round out the day, Mr. Clifford Jose G. Roa tackled Identifying Issues, Setting Goals, & Navigating Conflict—showing us how to transform everyday friction into shared direction and growth. 🌅
