As the sun rose on the final day of AECO BOLTS 2026, participants embraced the last moments of camp with grateful hearts. After an activity-filled day, the morning began at a slower pace, giving everyone a chance to recharge before coming together again over breakfast. โจ
The day continued with an insightful session on "Building Camaraderie Through Collaborative Leadership," led by Mr. James Dei Panganiban. Through meaningful discussions, participants were reminded that leadership flourishes when built on trust, communication, and collaborationโqualities that strengthen not only teams but the entire AECO community. ๐งบ๐ฅ
With the learning sessions concluded, it was time to make the most of the remaining hours together. Laughter echoed through the venue as participants bonded over karaoke, sang their hearts out, and celebrated the friendships formed throughout the camp.
Of course, no BOLTS would be complete without the much-awaited palancas. From heartfelt words of appreciation and encouragement to letters that may or may not have been addressed to a certain "BOLTS crush," every note added a special touch to the experience. We won't be naming namesโbut if you suddenly smiled while reading your letter...๐๐
As AECO BOLTS 2026: Kadlawon sa AECO-Mercado comes to a close, we leave with more than just new knowledgeโwe leave with friendships, unforgettable memories, and hearts inspired to lead with purpose, empathy, and service.
Here's to carrying the spirit of BOLTS beyond the campgrounds and into every opportunity to lead.
See you around the campus og daghang salamat mga kasuki! ๐๐
