25 Years of CFC Kids for Christ in Misamis Oriental

The beginning of CFC – Kids for Christ in Misamis Oriental can be traced back to the beginning of CFC itself. It started as a weekly Sunday activity where the sons/daughters of CFC members gather to play, listen to talks, and mingle with other kids. Before KFCs were facilitated by assigned CFC members. The assigned CFC member will prepare for ev

ery essential thing for the activity. They’re also the ones who will give the talks, facilitate, and dance in front of the Kids. As the years of KFC grows and prospered the need for younger and more vibrant facilitators came about. Then came our Ates and kuyas which took the place of our CFC members which later then made our CFC members become coordinators, Titos and titas. Many activities sprouted like Regional Kids Village later became Provincial Kids Village, International Kids Village, and many other camps and activities designed to mold Kids to become aligned to the Mission/Vision of CFC Kids for Christ. The bigger and stronger the ministry becomes the greater the need for laborers to do the work. And now, the ates and kuyas of CFC- Kids for Christ became a new YFC Program that is now known as ROCK (Reaching Out Christ to Kids) Program. YFC-ROCK came about to focus on the development of YFCs serving the Kids so that they may be molded to become fit and equipped to face the kids and become a true role model to them. CFC – Kids for Christ changes and adapts to the needs of the Kids of the new generation. The programs and activities, and manuals may change from time to time, but one thing is for sure it will always abide by its Vision-Mission, “Sharing Christ joy to the family and the world.”

💰 Registration Fee: ₱50 per head | 🎉 ROCK is FREE!

📌 Important Reminders:
1. Each Couple Coordinator/Rock Leader is required to bring one (1) laptop per chapter.
2. Please bring hard copies of all attendance sheets from previous assemblies or camps.
