𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧

Yesterday evening, the youth came together for a meaningful AYD Cross Prayer Night, gathering before the Cross with hearts united in prayer.

It was a moment to pause from everything around us and place our hopes, intentions, and journey in the hands of the Lord. As we prayed together, we were reminded of the strength that comes when young people choose to gather, believe, and walk in faith together.

May the Cross continue to be a sign of Christ’s presence among us and a reminder of our call to live our faith with courage, unity, and love.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗭𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥

Yesterday evening, we gathered as one youth community and took a moment to slow down, be still, and simply remain in the presence of the Lord through Taizé Prayer.

May this moment of prayer continue to remind us that, as young people, we are never alone in our journey of faith. Together, we journey with open hearts, renewed in Christ, and closer to Him.

Yesterday, St. Joseph “the Worker” Parish joyfully welcomed the AYD Cross from Our Lady of Fatima Parish – Balulang.

As the Archdiocesan Youth Day draws closer, the Cross reminds us that our journey as young people is never meant to be walked alone. We journey together in communion, with hearts renewed in Christ and strengthened by His presence.

In the midst of our busy days, let us take a moment to slow down, be still, and reconnect with the Lord through prayer in the form of Taizé.

Calling all the youth! Join us as one youth community, quiet our hearts, and allow God's presence to renew us from within. You don't need to have the perfect words to pray; just come as you are and make room for Him.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 "𝗦𝘁. 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗼 𝗥𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆𝗿𝘀"

Faith, courage, and a love that knows no bounds. Today, we honor the Feast of St. Lorenzo Ruiz, a devoted father, husband, and the first Filipino saint.

When faced with the ultimate test of faith, his heart never wavered:

"I am a Catholic and wholeheartedly do accept death for God; Had I a thousand lives, all these to Him shall I offer."

In a world full of uncertainties, St. Lorenzo Ruiz reminds us that true strength doesn't come from a quiet life, but from standing firm in what we believe in. Whatever trials or personal storms you are walking through today, may you find the courage to keep trusting, keep loving, and keep holding onto God.

May his story inspire us to live with deep purpose and bold, unshakable devotion every single day.
