The 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro proudly joins the nationwide celebration spearheaded by the 4-H Club of the Philippines in honoring the dedication, leadership, and service of Filipino youth in agriculture and community development.

Anchored on Proclamation Order No. 196, s. 1967, every second week of May serves as a tribute to generations of young leaders who continue to shape communities through agriculture, entrepreneurship, innovation, and volunteerism. 🌱✨

Today, we celebrate every young Kagay-anon who proves that the future of agriculture is bright, inclusive, and youth-driven. From community gardens and agri-enterprises to environmental action and leadership initiatives, the 4-H spirit continues to inspire growth and meaningful change. 🍀

In line with the celebration of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, the 4-H Club USTP-CDO honors the unwavering resilience and tireless dedication of our food security heroes. Despite the continuous challenges they face, they remain the backbone of our nation, ensuring that no Filipino table goes empty. As youth agvocates, it is our shared mission to break the stigma surrounding agriculture, champion their cause, and help carry their legacy forward into the modern age.

𝟰-𝗛 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗣-𝗖𝗗𝗢 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗔𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗠𝗶𝗻 🍀🌴

Representing the 4-H Club USTP-CDO with pride, Public Relations Officer Shene Suelo and Department of Advocacy Committee Member Gerlie Campion actively participated in the AgriAsenso sa Northmin: Masaganang ‘CocoBuhayan’ Products Expo and Techno Forum, held at Ayala Malls Centrio last May 1, 2026.

During the event, they explored agricultural innovations, coconut-based enterprises, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. This experience allowed them to learn, connect, and grow as youth advocates of agriculture while gaining new ideas that will benefit our community and our organization.

The journey continues as AgriVANture Day 4 brings the energy of youth empowerment to Barangay Gusa! 💚

Held on April 26, 2026 at Masigasig Garden, Purok 4-B Upper Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City, the activity gathered young participants for another round of hands-on learning—focusing on urban gardening, sustainable practices, and community-based food production. 🌾✨

Led by the 4-H Club USTP CDO, 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro City, and the Agricultural Productivity Operations Office (APOO), in collaboration with Gusa Sangguniang Kabataan and the Masigasig Association SLPA, the initiative continues to strengthen youth participation in agriculture while supporting grassroots livelihood efforts.

𝟰-𝗛 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗣-𝗖𝗗𝗢 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 🍀

Dedicated youth leaders from the 4-H Club USTP-CDO proudly participated in the Oro Youth Leaders Convergence 2026 held at the City Tourism Hall, Cagayan de Oro last May 1, 2026. Joining the 4-H Club USTP-CDO members were Mx. Ezel R. Lambatan, the Coordinator of the 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro, and Perland Pellerin, the President of 4-H Club Kauswagan.

Though taking part under various organizations, they proudly represented the whole 4-H Club USTP-CDO and 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro, carrying the 4-H spirit and our core values of Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. This powerful platform served to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen our collective role in community development. By engaging in meaningful discussions alongside other youth organizations, our leaders are amplifying the role of student advocates in driving impactful change.

We are incredibly proud to see our members stepping up and actively participating in this event for the betterment of the community, especially for our fellow youth.

The momentum continues as young minds in Barangay Lapasan step up for Day 3 of the AgriVANture Caravan, held on April 25, 2026 at the Barangay Lapasan Hall and Fresco-Greenovations 💚

Participants engaged in hands-on urban gardening, basic agricultural training, and gained exposure to innovative and sustainable farming practices—empowering them to take an active role in building a more food-secure and resilient community. 🌾✨

Led by the 4-H Club USTP CDO, 4-H Club Federation of Cagayan de Oro City, and the Agricultural Productivity Operations Office (APOO), in partnership with Sangguniang Kabataan - Lapasan ,the activity highlights the vital role of youth in shaping the future of agriculture.

AgriVANture concludes its journey in Barangay Gusa, marking the final stop of a meaningful series of learning and community engagement.

The session brought together participants in a shared space of hands-on learning, collaboration, and appreciation for agriculture, strengthening skills and deepening awareness on sustainable practices.

As we close this chapter in Gusa, we carry forward the lessons, connections, and growth planted along the way. 💚

The success of AgriVANture comes full circle through the closing remarks of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻, as he reflects on a journey marked by learning, collaboration, and community empowerment.

With gratitude and purpose, he underscores the shared efforts that made each barangay engagement meaningful, from Kauswagan to Agusan, Lapasan, and finally Gusa.

As the program draws to a close, his words remind us that the seeds planted throughout this initiative will continue to grow in the hearts and minds of every participant. 💚
