Since 2015, she has been a volunteer lawyer for the organization, providing legal and technical assistance, facilitating trainings, and representing our advocacy in multiple forums. As a consultant lawyer and resource person, Atty. Kay stood alongside BALAOD in advancing its advocacy since she first joined BALAOD. Now, as Executive Director, she carries forward a leadership rooted in shared values, lived solidarity, and a deep understanding of BALAOD’s mission. ⁣⁣
