Phase 1 Villaflora and Palmspring officially welcomed their new set of officers during a short but meaningful meeting focused on planning future activities and initiatives. The meeting was spearheaded by Phase 1 President Neil John Sebillano and Phase 2 President Argon James Sanchez, highlighting the start of a new chapter for both communities.

Also in attendance was SK Chairman Kent Aldeguer, whose presence signifies the strong support of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Cugman for the youth leaders of Phase 1 and Phase 2.

With new leadership and united goals, the community looks forward to exciting programs and activities that will inspire, empower, and strengthen camaraderie among the youth. Here's to building a brighter future together! 💙

Good day to all the youth of Villa Flora and our homeowners,

We wanted to reach out because we know you’ve noticed that we haven’t been making progress on our planned projects for the association. The truth is, we have many ideas ready to launch, but they’ve been put on hold due to issues in Villa Flora that we really shouldn’t be part of, as those are matters for the elders.

Our main goal is to see the youth happy and to carry out our plans without being affected by these matters. We hope everything will be resolved soon so we can continue our work for the community.
